I woke up to see Boba still sleeping in the bed beside mine. I observed him for a moment, noticing how peaceful he looked when he was asleep. I yawned and stretched.

what time is it?

I tiredly stood up and walked to the main room, surprised when I saw Jango typing on his data pad. He seemed to notice me and turned around.

"Hazel? What are you doing awake at this hour? It's 0300"

"0300?" I asked, slightly shocked at the time. "I thought it was morning" Jango looked at me, amused. "What are you doing up at this hour?" I asked.

"Just checking a few things" I walked up to him, trying to take a peek at what he was doing. But he pulled the data pad away before I could take a look. "Ah-ah-ah, you'll see soon enough what it is. You should go back to sleep" he said, a slight smile appearing on his tan-skinned face.

"But I'm not tired, Jango" I complained.

"Then if you're not tired, let's see how good you are with a blaster pistol" my eyes lit up and I smiled. Jango got up and started heading towards the training room. "C'mon"

"Now, show me what you got" he said as he handed me the blaster pistol. I took it carefully and adjusted it. I aimed at the target, and pulled the trigger.

BangBang, Bang, Bang. I smiled as I hit the center.

"Good job. You've improved a lot since last time" Jango went over to the target and pressed a few hidden buttons. "But let's see how good you are with a moving target" he said as he went back to where he was before. I aimed at the moving target, but waited for the right moment before pulling the trigger. I could feel Jango's eyes on me, watching my every move. I took a deep breath, and pulled the trigger.

Bang. I lowered the blaster pistol to see if I hit the target or not. I did. I grinned.

"Good job. I'm impressed" said Jango as he came over to me. "If you're not tired, you can continue" he put a hand on my shoulder and smiled. I smiled back, and then he left the room. My eyes darted back to the target I hit. I smiled happily as I moved into position to hit the next moving target.

I practiced for a while, until I set down the blaster pistol, tired. As I was about to leave the room, the door opened, revealing a fully-dressed Boba. He looked at me, then looked at the targets I hit, and then looked back at me, smiling.

"I see you've been practicing. For how long?"

"Since 0300. I woke up and couldn't sleep"

"I see. Well, care joining me for breakfast?" I smiled and headed over to him.

After breakfast, I continued practicing as Jango taught Boba some new stuff. After practicing for another few hours, I decided to take a break, and went to the main room. There, stood Tuan We and Jango. They were talking about something, but I didn't hear what. Then, Jango saw me.

"Ah, Tuan We, meet Hazel" Tuan We turned to look at me, and a small smile appeared on her face.

"It's nice to meet you, Hazel" "It's nice to meet you too, Miss"

"Hazel, how about you go play with Boba while I talk with Tuan We?" I looked at him for a moment, then nodded and went to the room where Boba was. I found him practicing some moves Jango taught him. I smiled as I watched him. He then noticed me and turned around.

"Oh, hi Hazel" he walked over to me. "Tuan We's here, right?" I nodded.

"Do you know what they could be talking about?" I asked. He took a moment before answering, shaking his head and lifting it up to looked at me. "I don't. Dad never told me" I looked at him for a moment. "Oh, okay" Boba looked at me. There was a moment of silence, and then I decided to speak.

"Any ideas on what we could do?" Boba thought for a moment and then smiled mischievously. Before I could question anything, I found myself pinned to the ground.

"We never really finished our little fight" Boba said as he leaned closer. My mouth opened slightly as I looked at him, shocked, but no words came out. Then I smiled. "Then let's finish it, and see who wins" I replied. And so we continued our small fight. It was hard, Boba was good. Really good. We fought a bit, I pinned him down a few times, but he always came up with a way to escape my grasp. In the end, I found myself pinned to the ground, arms trapped by his above my head. He chuckled.

"Looks like I win" I puffed in defeat, but smiled nonetheless. "Looks like it. But I'll get ya next time" I said as he let me go.

"We'll see about that" and he headed out of the room. I smiled and slightly shook my head before following him out. In the main room, Jango was leading Tuan We outside.

"Alright, I'll see what I can do. Thank you for coming, Tuan We"

"It was my pleasure, Mr. Fett" Tuan We left, and Jango closed the door.

"Hazel, Boba. What have you been doing?"

"A little friendly competition, dad" Boba answered as he gave me a mischievous look. Jango smiled, seeming to understand how it ended.

"I see. Well, I hope you two had fun" Jango picked up his data pad and started typing. I looked at him, desperately wanting to know what he was doing. Boba seemed to share my curiosity, but instead of asking his father about it, he simply headed to the room we just left. "Dad, I'll keep practicing" he said as he closed the door behind him. I did the same, and headed to the training room.

As I kept practicing with the blaster pistol, my mind wandered to before. What was Jango typing on that data pad? What was Tuan We doing here? What were they talking about? Why wouldn't he tell me? Did Jango have a job? What was he doing here on Kamino? Why were the Kaminoans keeping him here? As I thought of this and kept practicing, I didn't realise how much time had passed. Soon, Jango called us for dinner.

After Boba left to go to bed, I turned to Jango. He looked at me, slightly confused.

"Is something the matter, Hazel?" I hesitated a bit.

"Jango...what was Tuan We doing here? What were you talking about? What did she tell you? What are we doing here on Kamino? And what were you typing on that data pad? Why won't you tell me anything?" Jango looked at me, and sighed a bit.

"Hazel, there are a lot of things I can't tell you. You'll understand when you're older. As for the data pad, I was filling in some files for my job" I looked at him, curious.

"What is your job?" he smiled and chuckled. "You'll find out pretty soon. Go to sleep now, and try not to wake up in the middle of the night" I grinned. "Okay, goodnight Jango"

"Goodnight, Hazel"
