The Jedi

I entered the main room, my blonde hair neatly tied in a ponytail, when the muted door bell rang. I looked curiously in that direction as Boba went to get the door. When he opened the door, Taun We and a man I have never seen before stood there. The man was wearing dark brown robes, blonde hair falling neatly behind his back.

"Boba, is your father here?" Taun We asked. I caught up to Boba and eyed the man, who looked like a Jedi, curiously but with a hint of coldness. The man glanced at me before returning his gaze to Boba, who nodded. "Yup"

"May we see him?"

"Sure" Boba stepped aside, letting them through. As Taun We and the man enter the room, he looked around the apartment.

"Dad! Taun We's here!" Jango came in from the bedroom, wearing a jumpsuit, and eyed the Jedi-looking man with suspicion. "Welcome back, Jango. Was your trip productive?"

"Fairly" Jango said as he and the man sized each other up while I stood beside Boba, noticing the tension rising between the two.

"This is Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. He's come to check on our progress" So I was right, he was a Jedi. "That right?" said Jango, his eyes fixing Kenobi coldly. "Your clones are impressive. You must be very proud"

"I'm just a simple man, trying to make my way in the universe, Master Jedi" answered Jango. I memorised what he said, thinking I could use it in the future. "Aren't we all?" came the reply of the Jedi, as he eyed the half-open bedroom door where Jango's armour was. I became a bit anxious but was relieved when Jango moved in front of Kenobi, blocking the view. The Jedi continued to speak.

"Ever made your way as far into the interior as Coruscant?" At that, I started to worry. Had he found out? "Once or twice" came Jango's swift reply. "Recently?" the Jedi pressed, trying to get more information out of Jango. But Jango gave nothing away, and eyed Kenobi carefully. "Possibly..." "Then you must know Master Sifo-Dyas?"

"Boba, close the door" said Jango in Huttese, and Boba did so. "Master who?" asked Jango, looking at Kenobi. "Sifo-Dyas. Is he not the Jedi that hired you for this job?" "Never heard of him" "Really?" asked the Jedi, seemingly not believing Jango. But he calmly replied. "I was recruited by a man called Tyranus on one of the moons of Bogden" replied Jango, leaving the Jedi a bit confused. "Curious"

"Do you like your army?" asked Jango. "I look forward to seeing them in action"

"They'll do their job well, I'll guarantee that"

"Thank you for your time, Jango"

"Always a pleasure to meet a Jedi" At that, Taun We and the Jedi Kenobi left and the door slid closed. Jango turned to us, deep in thought.

"What is it, Dad?"

"Pack your things, we're leaving"

"Where are we going?" I asked. "Geonosis. Now come on, pack your things, quick" Me and Boba nodded and hurried to pack our stuff.

As we were about to get on the ship, the Jedi reached us. "Dad! Look!" yelled Boba, pointing at Kenobi. Jango turned to face the Jedi, and spoke. "Boba, Hazel, get on board!" We did so, and Jango started firing at the Jedi Master, who ignited his lightsaber, casting a blue glow which shone brightly against the dark and rainy atmosphere of Kamino. We got inside the ship and Boba sat at the pilot's seat, me beside him. He aimed at the Jedi, sending him flying to the other side of the platform. As the Jedi got up, Jango attacked him, and they continued to fight. Boba tried to aim at Kenobi again, but Jango blocked his view as he tied the Jedi's hands together from the sky, dragging him across the wet platform. But the Jedi, trying to unfree his hands, turned around a pole, which resulted into Jango being thrown against the edge and loosing his jetpack, which crashed and exploded. Jango got up and took the blaster he lost before, shooting at Kenobi. Kenobi kicked Jango off the platform, and I lost sight of him. Worried, I searched for him with my eyes to see nothing. Will he be okay? The Jedi was then pulled by the string and fell in the same direction Jango went. Apparently, Jango had lost the Jedi, because he came back into sight. Boba immediately started the ship and Jango got on. As he reached us, I immediately faced him.

"Are you alright?" he nodded and we flew into space, heading for Geonosis. As we entered the asteroid field of Geonosis, Boba spotted a ship on the monitor. "Dad! I think we're being tracked!" "He must've put a homing on our hull! Hang on both of you, we'll head into the asteroid field. Then we'll have a couple of surprise for him" Boba chuckled and I smiled. He launched a seismic charge towards Kenobi, but unfortunately he dodged it and it hit a big asteroid. "He doesn't seem to take a hint, this guy" Jango said, annoyed. We entered the tunnel of a big asteroid and the Jedi followed us. "Watch out!" said Boba, and Jango dodged an incoming asteroid. We left the asteroid, and found the Jedi's ship in front of us. "Get em' dad, get em'! Fire!" Jango started firing, and we pursued the Jedi. We hit him a few times, close to his droid in particular. "We got him!" said Boba. "We just have to finish him" replied Jango. He sent a missile after Kenobi, but after a while of the missile pursuing him, the Jedi made an explosion happen, and we lost sight of him. "Well we won't be seeing him again" said Jango and Boba chuckled.

We finally arrived at Geonosis and entered a hatch in the ground. We got off the ship and headed to our apartment. Once we entered, I turned towards Jango. "Do you think we really lost him?" "We lost sight of Kenobi in the explosion" "But maybe that was a diversion?" "Maybe. But either way, he's not onto us anymore. Now go get some sleep, both of you. It's been a long day" Jango ushered us to bed and then left. I got under the covers and thought of the events that occurred this day. That Jedi...Kenobi...how did he find us? And is he still onto us? I certainly hope not. Having a Jedi on our tail is not a good idea. I soon fell asleep, hoping that we were free from Kenobi.

And that's another chapter for ya! Phew, that was something. Describing those scenes wasn't easy, I had to go re-watch them and write it one-by-one. I hope it's an OK chapter. I'm not sure if it turned out well, to be honest. It's not that easy to describe scenes, especially these. Well, hope you enjoyed, and Happy Easter!
