The only things you are going to use is the downloads folder and the at the bottom right, that little blue button. you're going to click it and search whichever app you want to save a video(s) from. make sure you have the video you want copied then paste the link, hit 'download', choose whichever size of video you want and click 'done'.

once your video is downloaded, click the purple arrow at the button to go back to the main screen. go to the downloads folder, click the three purple dots by your video (or if have multiple then hit the 'select' button at the top), click 'move', make sure that you select 'photos' before clicking 'move' again at the top. wait for your file(s) to move to your gallery and that's it you're done!
