one. go to picsart and choose any color background, crop it to the dimensions above. go to your photos and click your photo and position it how you want. go to fit and color drop the two colors you want (one color at a time ofc, you'll choose your color, drag your main photo down, hit apply and click save) then go back to main photo and click add photo and add your colors. then you'll shape your colors (w/o a border ofc)

two. position your colors wherever is closest to where you color dropped from and make sure they are both the same size, just moved around. click apply when done and go to draw and click shape. choose the circle, stroke and the color white and just do shapes around the color circle (i just do three) once done go to brushes and these are the sizes i use (regular stroke - 6/dotted line - 14) you can do regular lines but i thought about being fancy for this tutorial lol) anyways go to phonto, type your title (i always align my text for everything (title/watermark))

three. i size the title to 150 (depends on length) and click style, i go to style again and click shadow, i choose the second to last 'Aa' and choose the lightest grey color (both shown) then do the same thing EXCEPT different font, size (70) and no shadow!! add your watermark, save your photo and add a filter/psd ( i used my bestie's avenfilter "believe" (check out her pinterest and/or her account for her filters 🥰) but click save and YOU ARE DONE! there is your cover!
