so this is the cover i'm going to show you how to do! so let's get to this tutorial!
APPS USED: PICSART, PHONTO AND POLARR FONTS USED: PLASTIC BEACH

one. go to picsart and choose any color background, crop it to the dimensions above (make sure you have your PNG and background ready). go to add photos and add your PNG, click border and have the width 3, click shadow and have blur/opacity 100 and both positions 0 (choose colors that are in the background/on your PNG).

two. once doing the border and shadow, click apply and go to mask. you're going to go to dust and choose 6 and click apply and go back to mask and dust and choose 8 and click apply.

three. click border and once again choose a matching color, click inside and make sure opacity 100 and inner 5 and click apply then save your photo and go to phonto. i have the size 200 (i later changed it 150)

four. go to style, to stroke and choose a color that match your cover. go to style, shadow and click the second from the beginning 'Aa' and choose another color for the shadow. the size should be 150, tilt 70 and curve 20 (it'll be different based on your title length) add your watermark, save your photo and add a filter/psd ( i used breewaffle "limitless" psd on deviantart ) YOU ARE DONE! there is your cover!
