"Hey, uh, sorry, quick question" Celia interrupted making Natalie stop in her tracks.
Lincoln raised an eyebrow for her to go on.
"Wheres Carter and Julian?" She asked curiously.
Lincoln frowned at her but answered succinctly.
"On a mission."
She nodded.
"And Roman?" She continued.
"Training some people."
She nodded again.
"And big mysterious old dude?"
Lincoln furrowed his brows at the name but answered again.
"Busy."
She ignored his answer and watched happily as she saw Hunter comment something to Isaac who then just shook his head at him. She glanced at Lukas, who nodded imperceptively to her.
Zane interrupted this time.
"Hunter needs to leave," he said stonily, arms crossed. His electric eyes glittered.
"Why?" Hunter asked aggressively, turning to face Zane as his face twisted into a scowl and old hatred resurfaced.
"Because you just told one of the most dangerous assassins in the world the hidden name of the head of the household of the Luxes." He told him matter-of-factly. Hunter whirled around to Lukas and her.
"What?!" He questioned, striding closer to them.
"Hunter." Lincoln interrupted, stopping him as he raged closer. "Go. Help Roman."
Hunter seethed but turned around, bumping into Zane as he went, whose eyes seemed to harden behind white-blonde hair.
Natalia turned to Lukas. "So wolf huh? That just made my job a lot easier."
Celia replied in turn "Actually, he could be a telepath and waited for the name to cross his mind, and picked it out. Or he could be a merman, considering they do have advanced hearing. Possibly just a human who got really, really, lucky." She replied nonchalantly.
Natalie smiled sarcastically at her. "Go on then. What are you?" She questioned them both.
They said nothing.
"Since you apparently have a pity story about being 'tested' before, we're just going to do combat tests to get a feel for your abilities." Natalie continued, walking over to a table.
"So?" Celia asked her twin.
"So what?" Lukas asked teasingly.
"What's his name?" Celia asked frustratedly.
Lukas just smirked.
Natalie returned and heaved both twins to their feet easily. She unlocked their cuffs and let them fall to the floor.
The rest of the men looked a little wary.
Lukas stretched menacingly, smiling like a predator as he eyed the men in front of him.
Celia just rolled her eyes and stretched her wrists.
"Pick your weapon," Ikara stated. They looked over to her, at the rack of weapons at the side. They strode over eagerly, not having held a proper weapon or sparred in a long time.
They brushed over the blades, testing some and examining others.
Their eyes lit up as they took in the array of weapons.
