Lunch time, 11:20 am

Mr. Lee entered the classroom taking a quick look at his students. Wooyoung was quietly sleeping on San's shoulder, Hongjoong was writing something on his sheet as well as Jongho. Mingi had made a paper plane with his sheet and was throwing it towards Yunho who was tracing something on his desk but what caught his eyes was Seonghwa sitting next to the least expected person, Kang Yeosang.

"Everyone!" He yelled and clapped his hands.

"It's lunch time, I want Yunho, Mingi, Seonghwa and San to come with me to the cafeteria" All the four boys groaned getting up. San gently lifted Wooyoung's head off his shoulder placing it on his jacket (that he had previously taken off), Seonghwa looked at Yeosang who was looking out the window.

"I'll be right back" He whispered to the boy not knowing why, even though he was very happy to have said that when the brunette turned to look at him and nodded his head.

"Okay" He softly spoke. It was simple yet the look in his eyes and the sound of his voice pierced through Seonghwa's soul. There was something so different about him. 

The teacher called him once again and he followed him as well as the others.

"So, what's up with that kid Yeosang?" Mingi asked, making everyone  look at Seonghwa. Even the teacher had slowed his pace.

"What do you mean?" Seonghwa said.

"Why is he so quiet?" San asked.

"I don't know, I didn't ask. I only went to thank him"

"Thank him?"

"For stepping in"

"Don't worry, you weren't in danger with Wooyoung" San said laughing.

"Did you two already know each other?" Yunho asked.

"Nope, I had seen him around the school once or twice but never talked. That kid seemed pretty strong, though"

"I never would have thought he could be, he doesn't look very strong" Mingi said.

"I don't know, he kind of looks tough to me" Yunho added.

The discussion was cut short when Mr. Lee opened the door to the cafeteria and told them to each grab two platers and head straight back to the classroom. 

Mingi went to give his extra food plater to Hongjoong, San gave his to Wooyoung, Yunho to Jongho and Seonghwa gave his to Yeosang who slowly thanked him. Mr. Lee then left, not before warning them not to come bother him and to be careful to put everything in the trash once they were done.

"Is it okay if I eat next to you?" Seonghwa asked the obviously weary Yeosang.

"I guess you can" Yeosang was part of those people who didn't like to eat in front of others, but in this case, Seonghwa had been nothing but nice to him and he wasn't going to blow the other off.

 All the boys were happily eating, some more than others Yeosang noted as he saw San feeding Wooyoung just about everything the boy could easily eat by himself.

A few drops of rain were heard and seen dropping on the window before an absolute downpour drowned out all the noise in the classroom.

"Jesus!" A faint sound was heard coming from the laughing Yunho. Yeosang smiled, he loved it when it rained, the light was suddenly darker, everything looked more mysterious, intimate and secret. 

The rain hammered the roof with force, the atmosphere had changed so much in a fraction of second, as of now they were eight strangers together in a dark room with only each other and a lot of hours before them.

"So like what's the deal here, do any of you know each other?" Mingi asked out of the blue, making everybody laugh.

"Well Seonghwa and I have hung out a few times before, so I guess we do "know" each other" Yunho said.

"Yeosang shares a few classes with me and I've seen this guy a few times before as well" Wooyoung said as he pointed to San.

"Wait, you knew who I was??"

"Yeah, you dance in the classroom next to mine every Thursday" Wooyoung said with a smile.

"I know! You're the cutie who trains next to me, why did you think I always came on Thursday" Everyone awed and laughed at the pair.

"I share History and Chemistry with Seonghwa" Yeosang spoke.

"Chemistry too??!" Seonghwa exclaimed.

"Yeosang's my next door neighbor" Jongho spoke.

"But you're not friends?" Mingi asked in confusion while Jongho shook his head.

"Dude, you have some serious trust issues" The brunette said in disbelief. Surprisingly Yeosang smiled and nodded his head.

"Neighbors? Really?" Wooyoung said still shook.

"I have the tall guy in some classes but we've never spoken. However I had never seen Hongjoong anywhere" Mingi said.

"Maybe because he's so tiny" San said.

"I'm not that small and what can I say, I had never seen any of you before either, well except Seonghwa"

"Don't tell me we share a class"

"Chemistry and geography"

"Fuck me" The blonde dropped his head in defeat making the boys laugh.

"Jongho how come none of us had seen you before?"

"I'm two years younger than the rest of you"

"Well damn"
