"We got to go home" Yuta said as he entered Naomi's room
"What? I thought you said we aren't going there anymore after what happened last time!" Naomi said with a confused expression
"Yes, it's true I said that, but think about it, they might do something if we don't go for family dinners every month. I don't want anything to happen to you again" Yuta said frowning
"Please don't call that a family dinner. They always exclude me saying I'm a girl and I should eat after everyone eats. I'm not going" Naomi huffed
"Come , please? I'll make sure nothing happens! They already blame us saying we're not good children as we live out and If we miss even these monthly family dinners they'll create a big scene" Yuta convinced
Naomi sighed, " alright. Just for you"

"Welcome home my son!" Their mom smiled at Yuta
Yuta faked a smile as he entered the house Naomi following behind
"I've prepared dinner! Let's eat" the lady smiled indicating Yuta to sit on the dining table
Naomi walked upstairs to her room as she sat on the corner of the bed as her back rested on the wall.
"Let's eat!" The father said as he dragged the chair which made a screeching sound as sat on it
"What about Naomi?" Yuta asked
"You know it, she'll eat later" the mother replied as she started serving the food
"I'm not eating unless she's here with us" Yuta said with a straight face
"You know she has to eat after us-"
"Alright then you two can eat. I'll wait for Naomi" Yuta said as he was about to get up from his seat
The mother hissed as she called out Naomi to eat.
"Come, let's eat" Her mother forced a smile
Naomi looked at her brother who nodded as she hesitantly sat on the seat as she began to serve food for herself.
"I heard Renjun got the stone" their father spoke
"Yes, the minister gifted him for the mission" Yuta replied
"I told you already that having her in your gang wouldn't make a difference. She'll only bring you all down" their father said pointing out the girl who was quietly eating her food
"You missed something, she got an award for risking her life in the mission. " Yuta replied slowly munching on the food
"Did y'all win having her with you? No, so ask her to just drop out. She's useless anyway" their father chuckled dryly
"I know, right? All she's useful for is for cleaning the house " their mother chuckled
Naomi clenched her jaw in anger as Yuta gave her a concerned look.
