Neo city, a place with different abilities and powers.
A city where some of it's citizens are blessed with the capability to deal with several elements of the earth, who are specialized in using guns and knives.
But, they aren't United. Since then, they got separated into mastering the usage of knives and guns.
The city got separated into two. One group of the city mastered, using Guns and emitting fire.
While the other mastered using knives and the ability to control the wind and water.
The two never mixed nor did they mix with the powerless humans living in the place.
They tried getting into peace but miserably failed many times throughout the years.
