His Comforts

"MITSUSHI!!? MITSUSHI, WAKE UP, DEAR!! Oh my God, you're burning!"

"Pa...pa...*Panting* It's...cold..."

"Shit! Shit! What am I gonna- *Calls Katsuki*

"The hell do you wan-

"KACCHAN! MITSUSHI IS- *Katsuki hangs up*

"What...? Aaah what am I gonna do...!? Mitsushi, does it hurt here? Y-you want some water? Don't worry, dear... e-evrything will be o-okay..."

Katsuki's POV

Fuck! Fuck!! Just as I feared... I studied about her quirk, she's gonna have some problems growing up but I bet that nerd didnt experience it yet since she's only 5. I hope it's not too severe... Shit! That damn guy must be panicking as fuck right now! Gotta hurry...!

*Doorbell rings; Izuku rushes to open the door.*

"Kacchan...!! Please, help her... Mitsushi is sick...!!"

"I'M TAKING HER TO THE HOSPITAL! YOU GO AND BRING ALL THE NECESSARY SHITS, NOW!!"

"O-on it, Kacchan...!"

Katsuki picks up Mitsushi as carefully as possible and puts her head on his shoulder. He then, takes a blanket and wraps it around her. He could feel her body heat rising. Izuku noticed how beautifully he was handling the child, as if she was his own daughter.

At the hospital

"D-doctor! What happened to my girl?

"Don't worry, Mr. Midoriya. It's nothing major to worry about. You just have to know some special terms about your daughter's physical changes and symptoms."

"Yeah. Now CAREFULLY listen to what doc says, Deku."

"By now you must've been well aware about her quirk's side effects. Since the side effects are caused by over use of her power, you can say that her current situation is something different. It's like a growth spurt specifically for her quirk, but short. She will have a cold-fever attack once in 2 years, untill she is 15 years old. Mark today's date, because from now on she's gonna have this fever attack on her 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th and lastly, 15th year, around this time of the year. I'm giving these suppressants now. Give two pills to her and she will get well in 4/5 days."

"Thank you... Doctor."

"Don't thank me, thank Mr. Bakugou here, who was able to bring your daughter in just perfect time. Otherwise-

"I- I think it's unnecessary to speak about it, doc." Says Katsuki with a worried tone.

"O-otherwise what, doctor!?"

"Shut up, Deku... it's nothi-

"She could've died. This dangerous fever attack starts to destroy all the white blood cells in her body, unless the suppressants are given in time."

"Okay doc, that's enough. Let's get outta here, Deku"

Katsuki held Izuku's left arm and almost pulled him away from the doctor's chamber. Izuku felt like, as if his whole world has got upside down. His eyes looked as if he saw something terrible. His pupils lost all the gleam. He was trembling. Katsuki could feel it, that he was blaming himself. He then, held Izuku's shoulder firmly, looking straight at his trembling, dull eyes.

"Hey! Snap out of it! Look at me, Deku... No where else, straight in the eye..."

Izuku did as he was told. He looked at those bright red eyes with a weak view. He couldn't hold back anymore. Tears started streaming just as they formed in those scared, green eyes.

"Kacchan... I'm the worst..."

"No one said that, dammit! Look, she's okay now. And that's what matters. Don't go give a shit to what could've happened. She's here with you now, cherish that as much as you can. YOU HERE ME!?"

"Hm....." He responded weakly.

"Now stop being a crybaby and come with me."

Izuku was left speechless at Katsuki's actions. He never got to feel his comforts, so he started to feel a bit releived. Both of them rushed to the child, while Katsuki was holding his hand, and he was wiping his tears, even though they wouldn't stop.

That night, they took the child home and Katsuki decided to stay over in case something happens. Izuku didn't turn him down. Because he loved Katsuki's presence at that time, more than anyone.

At night

Katsuki was lying down beside the sleeping child. He put his his hand on the child, giving her the sense of someone's presence. Izuku slowly went to Katsuki to check if he's asleep.

"Kacchan...?"

Katsuki didnt responce, even though he wasnt sleeping at all. Izuku thought he was asleep, so he didnt make any sound and slowly lied down beside his child, on the other side of where Katsuki was lying. The bed was sufficient for three persons to sleep in comfortably.

In the morning

"AAAH!!!"
