Edward paused and turned to me. "Oh, Winry, Mustang called. He said that he would reach us tomorrow at sunrise. He also mentioned a mission that I had to do."

"Okay, is this an urgent matter?" I ask Edward as he places his hand on his chin; while he lays beside me, he responds, "Maybe; I don't know if he said much. In the morning, we'll see."

Morning-
As he heard the bang at the door, Edward awoke quickly. "Winry, he's here," he said, waking me up. "Just five minutes," I murmured as the door banged again. When the light shined on my face, I squeezed my eyes tightly, opened them, and watched Edward get dressed, buttoning up his white shirt, French braiding his hair, and finishing up.

I stand up, looking down at the floor as Edward throws my clothes at me, and I feel them drop to my arms, "HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO THROW STUFF AT ME, " I shouted. He pointed out two fingers, "Oh yeah, funny you remembered," I said, pouting, "Yeah, yeah, I'll meet you downstairs," he said as he left my room.

After arranging my clothes, I quickly make my way to the stairs. I heard a deep, powerful voice, "Is that Armstrong?" I dashed downstairs quickly. "Hey, Edward and Winry!" Armstrong smiles as he holds Edward tight, and I hear Edward whimpering. "Agh! You're crushing me!! " He exclaimed, "I can't help it, I MISS you, Edward!" Armstrong said, wailing while pinching Edward's face as if the soul of the young man were about to flow.

Mustang walks into the house, and Edward stands up. "Hey, Mustang, " Edward confidently said. "Hello, Mustang, " I said. "Armstrong, stop," I turned to the door (it was Mustang). Armstrong drops Edward and stands straight as he salutes. Mustang sounded playful, saying, "Hey Winry, and hello, pipsqueak," Edward yelled, "I am growing as well as you can see." Mustang spoke to me while Armstrong sat at the dining room table.

"It's good to see you, how's Hawkeye? " I asked, smiling at him, "She's got a bad cold," He said. "I hope she feels better," I said, walking him into the dining room with Edward. They both sat down while I made some tea and then I handed them their cups of tea while they discussed their mission.

Edward asked, "So, what mission were you discussing yesterday?" As he sipped his tea, Mustang said, "I want you to investigate, and I also need you to cross-dress Edward." Edward shivered, "What're you expecting me to do?"

Mustang pulls a picture of Akui and says, "This man's name is Akui. He only takes women; I made contact with him, and he said me and Armstrong can only go to the ball since we are both in this situation. he also wants us to bring some ladies, and I believe that is a target: Hawkeye can't go she's having a cold. There are speculations that he is using women in alchemy and many things like an experiment on them. We are unsure if he is hiding more information than he is keeping from us, and I can't get or arrest him. These are speculations. We only had one report; the person immediately was killed after she told us, sadly no evidence on her body, not even a fingerprint, so we don't know if it's true or false information," Mustang explained,

"With a distraction to keep you company, we need Winry to be your formal friend," I exclaim as I look at Edward, who appears to be considering it.

Edward said with a severe tone, "But no pictures," he cautioned me, "We might have to hold up fixing mom's house for a while." Ed turned to me and said, "And Winry, stay out of trouble on this."

"We are gonna meet you there at the train station, and it's about to leave around 46 seconds, so you two better get going," Armstrong and Mustang said, "Thank you for the tea, Winry!" They bow, make their way to the door, and leave.

Edward said, "Winry, I'm going to pack your things." Edward replied, "Edward," I replied.

He replies, "Yeah, what is it?" I laughed at him and said, "You'll look cute as a girl."

Edward lowered his eyebrows and gritted his teeth as he blushed, "S-Shut up. This is only a one-time thing; hopefully, it will be quick. I'll wait for you outside. We're going to the central city."

"Cross-dressing my ass is bullshit, why me," He muttered as he stumped to the door.

I chuckle at him, then run upstairs to pack my things and tool equipment just in case.
I went outside, the sun so bright I could feel the warmth on my face, then feeling the wind pulling fast and active; this was the beginning of an adventure for me and Edward.
