(KYLE'S P.O.V.)

tonight is my birthday and since I'm turning sixteen I get to though a huge party to better my chances of finding my mate. I will finally be able to sence my mate.
I wonder what she is like. I bet she's beautiful and kind the perfect shewolf to be my luna.

later during the party.

i have already downed a two bottles of wolf bane infused bottles of Vodka and around 12 shots whisky. it only took about a half an hour for all that i drank to kick in.  i started to fell dizzy as everything and everyone around me seemed to almost sway. it was like everyone had doubles. it was honestly kinda cool aside from the fact that i could barely fucking stand.

i was just wabbling around aimlessly when i smelt the most amaizing sweet scent it smelt like white chocolate and honey. i followed the sweet scent to a girl who i assume was beautiful i cant really tell since I'm really wasted. i cant even see straight. all i could really make out was the color pink it was kinda hard not to notice it was a very vibrant pink. it reminded me of iris, her and i used to be close when we were little since our moms were best friends but than iris' mom went missing mysteriosly at the hand of what we had belived to be rouges.

everyone started to bully and tease iris because of what happend to her mother and since our moms could no longer spend time together i ended up just not hanging out with her anymore i would stand up for her in the begining of it all but than my father began to get angry at me for sticking up for the out cast even though she was beta damond roseanna's daughter. i started protecting iris less and less as my father got more and more angry with  me untill one day all i did was watch as she was beaten talked down to and treated as an omega.( omegas dont actually exist in the timeline of this story it was more like a refrence to the past when omegas were slaves and treated like trash.)

i couldnt contain my excitement i just walked up to this seemingly pink girl and kissed her.
we made out for awhile untill i eventually took her up to me room

After doing the nasty
(sorry i dont feel like writing another intimate scene in kyles pov I'm not very good at writing them.)

i was slowly falling asleep after and eventfull evening of making love with my mate and future luna who was already snuggled up and sleeping on my chest with my arms wrapped around her waist.

i was fighting to stay awake just to stare at her even though everything still looks fuzzy to me.

i just couldn't figure out who she is.
all i know about her is she is really small pale skinned and incredably skinny with bright pink hair.
who could this girl be?

the next morning

i woke up with empty arms, no mate, and a real nasty hang-over.
i looked around fast almost giving myself whip lash. after i had looked all around my room, in my closet ,in my bathroom, i even looked under my bed hoping to find her. wheni was getting up off the floor i looked at my bed side night stand to find a neatly folded note.

i unfolded the note and read.

Dear: Kyle Fangblood.

I Iris Roseanna, permanently reject you. Kyle Fangblood as my mate and as my future lover. you are a terrible person and i hope to never have to see you again! you are the worst possible mate that a she-wolf could ask for. i hope you find a real nice slut to make your luna don't try to ever contact me but i doubt you would want to any way. considering you most likely don't want me. looking back at all our lovely memories i realize you are nothing but an asshole who deserves to not have a mate. so i am rejecting and leaving you. never to return.

P.S.~ it's your turn to feel the burn.

after reading the note that a later found out was a rejection letter from iris i couldn't stop the single tear that rolled down my cheek untill i punched my wall in a fit of rage.

i know she has every right to hate me but i dont want her to. i love her i always have. how could she just leave like that it doesn't make any sence i may be an asshole but i know that isnt the only reason she is leaving but what else could it be but putting that aside i need to find iris.

i was about to run too my fathers office to request a search party for iris when my father burst into my room yelling franticly.

dad what happend?! i asked

your mother is dead! he cried. it was a rouge assassin they came and murdered her in the night while i was working late in my office.

oh my goddess! where is minna!? i yelled as i ran out of my room.
i ran to minna's room. i looked all around her room. she wasn't there.

my dad was following me with a straight face as he scanned the room and took in a deep breath through his nose. he was trying to sence minna's scent. i did the same but we came up empty. not even one scent trail she must have been taken a while ago if there is no scent.

my dad's eyes glassed over indicating that he was mindlinking someone.

i tailed my dad as he walked though the halls of the house untill he made his way into the pack meeting room where all the pack officials already were. everyone was there but iris's father Beta damond roseanna.

my father began to speak.

ok everyone your luna has been murdered by what i suspect to be a rouge assassin and my daughter minna has been taken and we need to put together a group to search for her. so go search get everyone you can and find my child! my father spoke raising his voice towards the end.

my father than headed to the back door that leads into the forest.

stay here and search the whole house he ordered me.

i went back into the house and began my search although i dont know why i should look considering that her scent is no longer here.
