Chapter 10 -Speechless-

I woke alone unlike normal. I swung my legs out of bed before getting in the shower. I decided against going to school to day considering if Isaac and Boyd are going to leave, I want to spend the day with them. I got out of the shower and dried my hair off as my mind drifted to a conversation me and Derek had last night.

Flash back-
"Who's that?"Derek asked while pointing to a picture of Rosie(http://www.wallpapervortex.com/ipad-air-wallpaper-36177_1_miscellaneous_babes_cute_girl_with_black_hair.html#.VOPXF8bIbES) and another girl(http://mtvteenwolf.wikia.com/wiki/Laura_Hale). I was curious as to why this sparked an interest in Derek."Rosie, why?"I questioned. "Well she is in here a lot and you know the other girl..."He mutter while looking at the picture. "Its my sister"Derek added. I looked at the picture in shook. I glanced at Derek then back to the picture. I went back and fourth once more. "I can see the resemblance"I commented. I do have to say Laura was beautiful."I remember Rosie a little bit. She would always come round when she wasn't working and sometimes she would sit and watch the basketball games with Laura"Derek stated.

I looked down the page and there was a picture of a women I had never seen before.She had dark brown hair, almost black. She looks a little like Derek. I flicked the page over. There was nothing but a note. 'If you are wondering why the pages are blank its so you can take photo's of your friends. I know you have a new life now but I hope me and Johnny can be apart of you life so please call me. I would like to have a day or two,to catch up -Rosie'
"When are you going to call her?"Derek asked. "When I get some free time"I stated. He signed. "I can tell you was close to her and her boyfriend so just call her. Even if you miss out on going out with Isaac or Someone else"Derek said while propping him self up behind me. I could see his face without having to turn my head."I'll call her tomorrow"I stated."Good"He replied before kissing me. I turned off the light before we fell asleep.

I slipped my shoes(http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=134157584) on before pulling my phone out of my pocket.I brought Rosie's contact up. It didn't even ring once before Rosie answered. "Rie?"She answered unsure. "Yeah it's me"I replied with a small smile.I have to help Derek to day so the walk up there is the only free time I have."I am so glad you called, I was starting to think you wouldn't call"She said joy clear in her voice."I really haven't had a lot of free time on my hands, to be honest I am actually on my way to meet someone now."I answered.Now feeling bad that I made her wait so long.I opened the door and headed for the woods."Okay, I will get straight to the point.I have good news and sad news. I will start with the sad news"She signed."Whats wrong?"I questioned as the line went silent while I passed the trees closer to the Hale house. "I wanted to tell you in person but you told me not to come round anymore"She said in a sad voice."I am sorry it's just with all the murders I don't want to put you at risk" I apologizes while getting closer to Derek's. Rosie began her story. "A few weeks Becky's Mother came to see me and Johnny. She went to your old foster home but then got sent to us. Anyway, She had cleaned Becky's room out and she stumbled upon a letter, she found it where you and Becky would hide sweets at Christmas. It was addressed to you. I somehow feel like it was left so you would come back and find it. But anyway, Her Mum asked how you were and informed us that if it will be to distressing for you to read we should dispose of it. Since she made it very clear that she does not wish to bring any discomfort to you"Rosie finished As I opened the door to Derek's old house . "Okay, send it throw the post"I answered as I felt Derek's arms wrap around my waist as he stood behind me."I want to be there for you after you open it, so I will deliver it"She said sweetly, while Derek placed his head in the crook of my neck. Derek started to kiss my neck, trying to put me off. "Um I will tell you when to come and see me. maybe next week or something"I responding. "Look, I am really sorry but I need to go"I said as I felt Derek getting closer to my soft spot on my neck. "No! Wait!"She shouted desperately down the phone. Derek stopped kissing me as he heard her. He rested his chin on my shoulder as he listened. "You can tell me the good news when you come to see me"I stated. "Okay but can you do one lat thing for me?"She asked in a quieter tone. "Sure"I answered with a small smile. "Forgive Johnny"She replied in a sad tone.I was about to protest but she stopped me. "Please, He told the police that he wouldn't tell them where you was, so they gave him too options He could ask you himself or they would arrest him for with holding evidence, then they would off took his laptop and go throw his emails. He was skeptically about it but he had no choice. So please forgive him or at least consider it"She said trying to reason with me. "Come on. I know your angry that he pushed for an answer but would you prefer the police knocking on your door. Forgive him"Derek said load enough for his presence to be noticed by Rosie."Oh so you was meeting a boy. You was going to cut my phone call short for a boy. I am hurt"Rosie responded along with a little chuckle. I smiled. "Somebody has a boyfriend"she chirped happily. I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, anyway bring Johnny when you come down"I replied."I will, oh bring your boy toy. I wanna meet him"She said excitedly. "No he is busy working. He doesn't get off until Nine"I stated thinking of an excuse as to why I couldn't bring him."Its okay, we can watch a movie or something. I will meet him still"Rosie answered. "I can book the day of work if your friend wants to meet me"Derek grinned."Good, see I like him already"she commented. "Fine but not only after we have talked a little. Does that sound good to you Derek?"I questioned knowing I was now out numbered. He nodded. "Do you mean Derek as in Laura Hale's younger brother?As I it remember he was great at Basketball.He was hot as well. Oh and Not to mention his really cute uncle Peter."Rosie asked. I forgot she went to school here."Yes"I answered with a smile. "Well you have landed on your feet with him"Rosie remarked. I am guessing she thought pretty highly of the Hale's to say something like that. However she just gave Derek a reason to toy with me.Rosie was talking about something but I wasn't paying attention as Body and Erica walked over to me and Derek.I felt Derek tense up a little. "Okay we can talk more when you come down next week,bye"I said quickly hanging up.
