The next day, I woke up from the loud beeping of my alarm clock signaling it was time for me to get up for another day ahead of me. As I slowly dragged my body from my bed, I remembered that I had to go to work. I cursed under my breath and headed towards the shower. I got a last minute call from Nick yesterday that this week only, I was to work today, instead of Tuesday because he had an emergency coming up. I allowed him to make the switch since he was very persistent.

After cleansing my body from the tears and sweat from last night, I went to my walk in wardrobe and chose a royal blue loose tank top with a pair of laced cream colored shorts. I went to my jewelry box and dug out a heart shaped pendant on a silver necklace and a watch that I got from Uncle Simon for my birthday last year. I then matched my outfit with a light brown purse with a huge bow attached on it. I let my hair air dry showing off my natural waves and highlights, which I must say was one of the things I loved about myself. I chose a pair of cream colored brogues and went down to the kitchen for a quick breakfast once I was satisfied with my outfit. I grabbed a banana and popped a piece of toast into the toaster and spread butter all over it.

As I was sat eating my breakfast, I then remembered Niall telling me yesterday that they had to go and record for the day and after that, they had to go to an interview and photo shoot, so they were most likely going to be gone the whole day, probably coming home late. I was kinda glad that I wasn't going to see them for the day. I decided that it would probably be better to not be around Harry or Niall. It would just create tension and awkwardness. I feel really bad for creating this tension and having to stay away from them but if it helps to keep drama away, then I would.

Demi was also going to be gone the whole day. She told me she had to start working at the X Factor set for a photo shoot, attend meetings, and work on promotions without my Uncle. She was also going to be spending the night at Gregory's. Great, I'll be stuck with the boys tonight and tomorrow morning. I wiped the thought away as I got up and placed my dishes in the sink and grabbed my car keys. I walked into my Range Rover and headed for work.

~Niall's P.O.V.

I woke up at around 9:30 to the smell of food. I know what you're thinking, typical Niall, but I'm sorry that I can't help myself when it comes to food! I groggily walked down the steps to the kitchen and saw the boys and Demi all dressed up, eating their breakfast except for Harry who was nowhere in sight, maybe still asleep. I took my plate from the counter as Liam placed a bunch of food on it, mumbling a thank you afterwards. Demi decided that she needed to leave to go to the X Factor set and told us that she wouldn't be back till' tomorrow night as we chorused a bunch of goodbyes to her.

As I was starting my second plate, Harry decided to finally wake up and started eating his breakfast. After we all finished eating, the boys headed to the basement deciding they'd hang there for awhile, while they waited for Harry and I to get ready.

"Niall wait!" I heard Harry yell after me as I was about to walk up the stairs into my room.

"Yeah?" I answered doubtfully.

"Can you come over here for a minute? We need to talk." he announced, a worried look plastered on his face.

We both sat for about 15 minutes, him explaining to me what happened last night between him and Jennifer and both decided that we'd give her time to decide and that we wouldn't let this affect our friendship. I comfortably gave him a 'bro hug' and both got ready to leave in 20 minutes. This was one of the reasons why I loved my relationship with the boys so much, we didn't let anything get in between us.

I parked my car in the drive way and walked into the house to find it empty and silent. I was relieved that the boys weren't home yet since I still was kind of uncomfortable with the situation and okay, I felt really guilty for creating the awkwardness.
