Defying Fate 2

1: Three Years Later

Naruto was seen at the Uzushio running with a wide smile. This time, it was more genuine and honest unlike before that it was always seem so fake. His attire also change from almost everything is orange is now a black long sleeve with orange linings and red bandana to his right arm. He still wore an orange pants but a lot darker than his bright orange before. (His his attire in "The Last movie")

Then from running, you can see him teleporting from one to another using his modified tri prolong Kunai.

"Naruto get back here!" Sasuke shouted. He was wearing a standard Jounin attire but have an Uchiha symbol to his arm instead of Uzumaki symbol. He was followed by Sakura who was wearing a red qiapo. (Her attire in The Last Movie)

"Naruto!" She angrily shouted. Then Naruto stop when he Ashura who was smirking. The two bumb them and fall.

Then they all laugh together. Ashura chuckle looking to the stronger bond of his younger counter part.

"Training?" Ashura ask.

"Well, Ashura-sensei," Naruto look away but still laughing.

"I see, so Naruto did something naughty again and both Sasuke and Sakura force to clean your mess using their Shadow Clone and then they started to follow you screaming his name?" Ashura ask again. All of them blush in embarrassment.

"So am I right?" All of them nodded. Ashura sigh and went down to face them.

"Fix the mess, Naruto join them," both Sasuke and Sakura smirk and Naruto grumble and go with them.

"I'm happy to see them like this. A lot of them are Chunins already and few of them are already a Jounin. I wonder how they adjust after seeing their future selves?" Yumiko said with a smile.

"I bet its tough," Yuriko said and smirk. Yumiko chuckle as they see that there  group become really strong.

"I hope we can survive this time. I don't want to see the destruction of the world for the second time," Yuriko whisper. Being one of the last person to die in the other timeline is something that she can't describe using words. Its too heavy, too heart breaking, too devastated that you acquire a lot of trauma with it. They can all feel it and the only thing they can do is to coop up.

Even after years of being in the past timeline, a lot of them is still dealing with nightmares, panic attack, hallucinations, and break down. The more severe was the whole original team 7. Kakashi and Yuriko is the last people who died in their timeline leaving Sasuke and Naruto as the last person to live.

So its not really surprising that their team had the most severe trauma to what happen in that timeline. Sometimes, they all deal with flashbacks and nausea towards the things they see in their own  eyes. That sometimes, it affects the training of their past selfs.

"I received the letter exactly the time pervy sage and me receive the letter when we are in the training journey before. Its time to go back and be ready to the brewing chaos of Elemental Nation!" Ashura announced to the board. All of them nodded.

"Team 7 plus Yumiko will go back to Konoha with the past Konoha 12. Make sure to find where Sai will be now that the Past Sasuke didn't really gone rouge," The Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze said.

"And everyone here will continue they doing like preparing the arsenals and continue to organize everything," The First Hokage, Hashirama Senju.

There are still more to discuss before Ashura dismiss everyone.

"I still can't believe that we will leave this hell. Oh god!  I felt like this past three years of hell will never leave my mind. It will hunt me even in my dream," Ino saidc while shivering.

"Whats important is we all become powerful to protect our love one," Choji said while packing his chips.

"Troublesome," Shikamaru mutter. The truth is, he still don't know what really the two's intention. It feels like this training is something that had been conspired by higher ups. His future self that they only see inside their training did give him a lot of vibes that something will happen.

Even then, Shikamaru didn't voice out his opinion as his theory is still lack of evidence. He just sigh and continue to pack his things.

The others was also preparing their things after they got the announcement thru letters a while ago. All of them excited because of three things. First, their hell training is now officially finish. They might have a minor training but still, it will not be as intense as the training they got to their future self. Second, they all missed the Konoha, their home, and their family. Its been three years since they see their "real" parents so all are excited. And third, it means, they will have more Mission to do so they would probably test their new abilities in real combat.

A Nara without theories is a dead Nara. It is what Ashura did know growing up with his timeline Shikamaru. He was aware that this timeline's Shikamaru had a theories and observations to their training. He probably had enough truth to his arsenal but not until Shikamaru confront them, all of them will hide the truth.

They are all worried that it might happen sooner or later, they all just wish that everything will not crumble like a dust. They did have the worst possible outcome and the best possible outcome.

As they think about the future, slowly, the gate filled by Konoha 12 and their teachers  as well us Konohamaru's group. Ashura can see the excitement of everyone thats why he smile and teleport them outside.

"Why don't we test your speed while we are here? If we didn't stop our travels from here to Konoha, we can reach it by afternoon. Want to race? Of course, teachers are included. Who ever reach the gate first will have a reward from me. Of course there is a limit. No techniques related to teleportation. Understand?" With that, all of them become eager to win. Even the teachers will not let this opportunity.

"Ready! Set! Go!" Everyone started to run for that rewards. Except the four who just teleported in the gate.
