Jack Sparrow never ended up on the isle. Why? First of all, he was a clever man who could get out of anything, but almost never succeded. Beast, point one, had some jewels stolen from him and the criminals rode the sea to get away. Jack had caught them and returned the jewels, though heavily tempted to keep them, and Beast owed him a favour. When all the villains were being rounded up, Jack used that favour. Jack wasted the favour mostly because he had done more good things than bad things.
Mal and Jade had become good friends whenever the VK's had first came to Auradon. Jade wouldn't cry over a pricked nail, or a split end, and Mal liked that. You could say they were like puzzle pieces that fit together. Jade had her heart dropped and almost shattered whenever Mal and the others almost went to go free every villain from the barrier, she felt betrayed for a moment. Mal had apologized immensley, and Jade was not too quick to forgive. Jade was a girl who held grudges long and hard, she was not too fast to forgive anyone because her father taught her not to trust anyone until they've proven to her that they can be trusted.
Jack was friends with Captain Hook, shocking right? They were buddies, friends, pals, all until Jack decided to be good and help other people. Hook and Jack split, they no longer held communication. Hook felt betrayed, he felt that he could no longer trust anyone. Because of that, he did a bad thing (I can't come up with anything so deal with the mystery.) and got a one way ticket to the Isle.
