First and foremost Thank you for checking out my work, I truly appreciate whoever takes the time to show me some love ❤
All my designs have been inspired by my life experiences. For example, years ago I lived 5 years on the beautiful Island of Dominica in the Caribbean and I was inspired by the
love for Reggae music, the Rasta colours and the symbolism of the colours. I became very involved and passionate about the Rasta life that immediately became my way of life. That passion for the Rasta way of life.
The Rasta way of life is so misunderstood, but when I lived it, it was the best life I had.
Also, Tie-Dye is represented in my designs as being a baby from the 60', the Hippie vibes influenced my meditation a lot!!! That is why I love bright colours so much, and it shows in most of my designs.I initially started messing around with colours when I was working as a Nursery Practitioner (Childcare). It was such a good fun time to get messy with the children and see their faces once our masterpieces were completed!!! Consequently, I decided to carry on with the fun in my spare time, and I started to paint with acrylic on anything, canvas, bottles, jars, cardboard and old paintings that I did not particularly like. I was unstoppable...
This is one of my first paintings, so I was not sure yet what I wanted to do. I was inspired by my cat Micina, who is very cute and mischievous.....
