yo i'm so sorry for not updating i've been busy with school and my mental health isn't doing too good. but hey i promise i'll be updating this book more

i looked at my phone to check the time

4:50 pm.

i said i'd check on nick everyday at 5pm. so i got into my car and started driving. thoughts were rushing into my head. god i hope nick didn't do any stupid ass shit while i was gone. my thoughts stopped as i pulled into the driveway of sapnap's house.

i got out the car and knocked on the door expecting nick to answer the door but it was his mother instead.

sapnap's mom: oh hey clay! are u here to see nick? i think he's in his room.  come on in dear.

i said hello to nicks mom and walked into the house and up the stairs to sapnap's room. i hesitated to knock but didn't i just opened the door instead.

oh my god.

"NICK??" i yelled out.

he was on the floor, a razor blade in his hand , dripping blood.

i ran over to him and bent down. i grabbed his wrist and checked for a pulse. it was still there and strong so i didn't need to call 911.

i picked him up off the floor surprisingly easily. he was light. a little too light i thought. as he not been eating regularly? i ignored my thoughts and focused on sapnap. i looked down at his wrist and saw multiple red colored lines. god he really did do a lot.

i went to his bathroom and grabbed bandages. i went back into his room and wrapped up his arm. i sat next to him scrolling through twitter waiting for him to wake up.

"dream?"

"oh my god. sapnap ur awake thank god."

"yeah...uhm why are u here and what happened?"

"i came to ur house to check on you and saw u passed out on ur floor. you must've passed out from the bleeding."

"oh yea.. i'm sorry dream"

"no no it's okay don't be sorry. but hey. please call or text me whenever you're feeling like that. i want to help u get better nick."

sapnap just nodded as he laid his head on my shoulder. i wrapped a arm around him. eventually he fell asleep.  i put a blanket over the two of us and drifted to sleep.
