🔹 Second Genders
In the Omegaverse, individuals have a second gender that determines their role within a pack or tribe. There are five known second genders:
Alpha Male
Alpha Female
Beta
Omega Female
Omega Male
🔹 Pack vs. Tribe
Pack: Your direct blood family.
Tribe: A broader group including friends, extended family, and strangers—similar to a kingdom or community.
🔹 Second Gender Roles
🟥 Alpha Male
The highest and most dominant second gender.
Enters rut once a year (a strong mating drive).
Can impregnate any gender except other alpha males.
Emits strong pheromones and has heightened scent sensitivity.
🟥 Alpha Female
Similar to alpha males, though slightly less dominant.
Also capable of impregnating any gender.
🟧 Beta
Considered “neutral” or closest to ordinary humans.
Does not experience rut or heat.
Cannot give off or detect pheromones.
🟦 Omega Female
Goes into heat every two months—a vulnerable and highly fertile state.
Can release and detect pheromones, but is sensitive to large amounts.
High chance of pregnancy during heat.
🟨 Omega Male
Believed to be extinct (or extremely rare).
Enters heat every four months.
Can transform into wolves at will.
Becomes physically limp when overwhelmed by strong pheromones.
Highly scent-sensitive and considered the weakest second gender.
🔹 Key Terms
Rut:
A period of intense sexual desire experienced by alphas, usually once a year.
Lasts 3–5 days and involves the release of powerful pheromones.
Heat:
A painful, highly fertile state omegas enter (more often than alphas go into rut).
Lasts about a week and dramatically increases the chances of pregnancy.
Pheromones:
Strong, biologically driven scents released by alphas and omegas.
They trigger physical and emotional responses in others based on second gender.
