No one's POV:
"Katsu- who's this?"
When Katsuki opened the door for them, his mother.
Katsuki scowled in confusion. "The hell are you doing here, hag?", he asked, earning himself a hard slap behind the head. The loud clap caused Izuku to flinch back at the fury the woman easily displayed. "Again, don't call me that you brat. Now answer my question." She demanded. Katsuki looked over his shoulder and at Izuku, as if to make sure he was still ok with this. Izuku simply gazed at Katsuki, before quickly bowing his head.
"This is Izuku. Depending on what this meeting is about, he'll be crucial later on." Katsuki grabbed Izuku's arm and pulled him to a seat. They sat next to each other, but Katsuki didn't let go and continued to hold Izuku's hand under the table, causing even Izuku's ears to turn light pink. Everyone was silent at first, just watching the new boy with confusion or interest. Katsuki grumbled loudly.
"Well? Get on with it! You asked for me to meet you, you'll be the ones to start..." Katsuki glared at the red-headed king. He was not fond of King Enji Todoroki. The man was unnecessarily violent. He was the type of man to hit first and ask questions later. The king cleared his throat as he tried to get past the awkwardness, before gesturing a hand to his daughter, who quickly stood up.
"My name is Fuyumi Todoroki," she curtsied, "I'm here in hopes of expanding both our kingdoms' borders through a beneficial arranged engagement-" "No." Katsuki interrupted, causing Fuyumi to babble for a moment. "Pardon?" She asked as everyone stared daggers at the blonde boy.
"I said no. What don't you understand?" Katsuki repeated himself. He knew this was going to be a discussion, and he didn't care. He was going to make things clear here and now.
"At least let her finish, you damn brat. This could be good for this kingdom. And you could finally have a mate." His mother reasoned and stood up, on her way to hit Katsuki.
"I will not even consider dignifying any of this crap, and for good reason," Katsuki yelled, letting go of Izuku's hand and standing up as well. The red-headed king was starting to get angry at the blonde's tunnel vision. "And what reason is so important for you to pass up such an opportunity?"
"My soulmate- for one!"
Everyone went silent at the mention of a soulmate. "And two- " "uh uh! No no. Who is it? When did you meet her?" Mitsuki interrupted again with a large smirk on her face. She was excited. Very excited. Masaru was as well but was still reserved.
"I apologize King Todoroki, but I believe this engagement will not be happening. However, I do hope this does not affect the treaty?" Masaru explained with a soft smile. Enji was momentarily silent before his eyes sparked with an idea.
"I will not terminate the peace treaty." Masaru sighed a breath of relief, but was quickly cut off. "If the prince can prove that he really has met his soulmate, and that he's not just saying it to not marry my daughter." Enji smirked devilishly. Katsuki's parents did not argue, since they, too, wanted to know who Katsuki was talking about. Mitsuki nodded after a moment.
"So be it. I see no problem in simply confirming." Mitsuki clapped her hands together. "So, Katsuki. Bring us your soulmate." Katsuki glanced at Enji Todoroki, who was still smirking widely. It faded quickly though, as Katsuki slowly returned it with a sly smirk of his own.
