Chapter 2: Family (9)

Jake's POV

We are still in P.E. class, and now, we were being ordered to jog around the court 10 TIMES like wtf.

It's not actually a problem to me cause I'm also athletic, but it's such a waste of time and energy, I would rather answer 10 math activities than jog 10 kilometers, but what could we do.

I was now lightly running to preserve my energy, and Sunghoon running beside me. I then got a great idea.

"Sunghoon" I called, he was now looking at me, waiting for me to speak. "How about dinner, later, at our house, so that I could introduce you to my family" I explained to him, "Sure, that would be great, but I need to ask permission from my parents" I nodded in response and continued to run the  3 kilometers that were remaining.

Sunghoon's POV

It was now dismissal time and I decided that I wanted to go home first to change, so Jake and I were now on our way home, well to our respective homes.

If you're wondering where Jay is, well, he is with non-other than Jungwon,  and if you ask why, then, he's courting Jungwon so we let him be, we asked if we can help but, he said he had it under control.

We were now walking to the corner of the street, and where we will part ways.

"Okay, So don't forget alright?" Jake reminded me, "yeah don't worry" I answered smiling.

"I'm home" I announced, "Hi sweetie" my mom greeted me "how's your day," she asked, "great mom, and also" she hummed, waiting for my words, "Jake invited me to dinner at their place, so can I?" She smiled and nodded "of course you can, and also next time, you invite him over" I just smiled in response and began preparing.

I now went on my way. "The sky kinda dark, it might rain, I need to hurry" because of the gloomy skies, I decided to jog on the way to Jake's, and as I arrived in front of their door, it began raining like crazy.

Jake opened the door for me, greeting me with a warm smile.

I entered their house, and it was huge, it was more like a mansion than a house, well, in my point of view, it is.

I was still in awe of the design when I heard Jake giggle, "what's so funny?", "Nothing," he said giggling one more time.

We now went on our way to the living room and sat on the couch, Jake then sat beside me. We had a small talk before we got up and went to the dining room.

I then saw his parents, so I bowed to show respect. "So Sunghoon, let me introduce you to my mom and dad," Jake said with a smile, "Good evening Mr. and Mrs. Sim," I said "oh come on now Sunghoon stop with the formalities, just call us Mom and Dad if you'd like," Jake's mom said with a grin, it made me blush a bit, "MOM!!" Jake said embarrassed of what her mom said, "don't listen to her Sungho-" "it's okay? I don't mind" I said cutting him off, which made Jake blush, oh he's so cute.

We were now getting ready for dinner when another guy arrived, it was the one who hugged MY JAKEY, I glared at him and I saw Jake giggling, Like the betrayal. "Sunghoon, let me introduce you to my brother, Felix" I widened my eyes, I was jealous of his BROTHER?! I feel so embarrassed, I just saw Jake laughing at my reaction "Nice to meet you" I said awkwardly "just call me Hyung since you and Jake are going to be to-" "OKAY SO LET'S TS EAT" Jake yelled cutting his brother off, I just shrugged off what his brother said since I wasn't able to complete it.

We now began eating and talked about random things. "So Sunghoon, I heard you skate" 'DAD' asked hihihi, "yeah, how'd you know?" I asked, "oh Jake here always talks about you" "DAD!!!" Jake yelled blushing, I just grinned at him "oh does he?" I said looking at him, he now looked away from me in embarrassment.

"This is gonna be one interesting night"
