I walk down the street with the hood of my cloak drawn high up over my head. The cool midday air rolls against it, brushing away my anxiety from before. I had been in the square with Buttercup when she'd unleashed her earthquake, and I managed to snatch a pack of gold coins off an unsuspecting guard. It hung heavily in the band around my waist, making me cautiously reach for it after every few minutes.

I round a corner and come up to the dim lights of Snookie's bar. The lights, only on the inside, cast out a faint eery glow against the darkness of the small alley. I grip to my money as I approach, catching the eyes of two men leaning next to the entrance. The first one is short, with the popular short-cut style brown hair and lazy green eyes. The second one had a full beard, despite his obvious young age, and had sharp blue eyes that latch to me possessively. I just smile slightly at the two before walking past, into the bar.

Yelling and bizarre music fills my ears as soon as the door closes behind me. The calmness of the outside world is thrown into a mush of chaos as I make my way over to the bar. I take a seat between two muscular men too busy chatting up some bartender women to notice me. I glance around, slightly smirking at the odd looks I get from people. I stick out like a sore thumb against these ganstery men and women, but I don't feel worried much. Usually people round here don't go after little girls, even little girls that wander across bars. However, I've never been to this bar and it certainly did show off its, masculinity.

"How can I help you?" A bartender with a hoarse deep voice asks me. Her blonde hair, obviously dyed and done poorly, hangs in low spikes that reach the base of her neck. Her brown eyes are tired and they don't even seemed surprised to see me. I wonder how many weird people come into her bar?

"I need to speak with Vinergo," I say in a low whisper, just barely loud enough to be heard. The woman's eyes widen with almost a fearful look, but then she quickly settled back into a relaxed state.

"He doesn't see little girls," she says harshly, eyeing the door. I remain impassive, my eyes trained to her.

"He asked for me," I say impatiently, raising an eyebrow. The woman looks slightly convinced, but then her eyes narrow angrily. She comes up close to the bar and leans down into my face. I don't give her the benefit of submission, more so with the fact that I could take her out with my hands behind my back in my head, but rather give her a quirky smirk.

"Get lost," she growls dangerously, but she's a kitten dealing with a lion. I just give her a low chuckle and duck my head, rising my eyes to meet her.

"Rose," I say smugly, watching as her eyes widen. It was proof she couldn't deny and, much to her dismay, she got out from the bar and grabbed my arm. I let her drag me to the back of the bar, jerking my arm from her grip as soon as watchful eyes were gone. She sends me a harsh glare over her shoulder but I return it with one of my own. She quickly turns back around, leading me down to a cellar.

"He's in here," she says quietly, glancing at me. I smile slightly and pull off my tan hood, revealing my orange hair and renowned pink eyes. The woman gasps despite herself, and I see a bit of fear dance in her eyes. As much as it pleases me to see her fearful, I offer her a small smile.

"You do your job well," is all I say before opening the door and leaving the woman to look at her hands that had touched me. Rumor around the town is anyone who touches me will freeze within two days. Sure, if I want it to happen, it will, but I'll let the woman either in her fear for now.

I step into the ale cellar, my eyes sliding past the two stocky farmer bodyguards to the spindly man behind them. His black hair is nearly cut, but smooth and styled, and his dark blue eyes almost look black in the dank lighting. He gazes at me as I approach, watching my every moment. His bodyguards shift nervously at the sight of me, making me smile.
