The rest of the slayers stood shocked. He was right there.
In a flash Kanae screamed and ran for her brother. Shinobu being frozen in fear. Fear that this may not be real. He may not be real.
But Kanae ran. She jumped to her brother crying of how she knew he was here. Alive with them.
Shinobu started to tremble.
"Nii-chan?....Onii-chan...?" She whispered. It's been 2 and half years.
(y/n) caught Kanae and hugged her tightly. Happy tears flowed out his eyes. His sisters were alive. They survived.
He turned his gaze to Shinobu. He opened his arms wider for her to get her hug. "Come here my firefly." The nickname he gave her since she was little.
She ran as fast a her legs carried her. She ran to him crying. She ran into his chest and cried out her anger, frustration and pain she felt when they presumed him as dead.
She just felt so free seeing him here.
"Nii-chan!" The girls wailed. He was okay. Everything was okay now.
"I got you two. I'm here. I promised to come back." He kissed his sisters heads and hugged them tighter. He couldn't wait to see kanao.
He knew her final selection had passed and prayed she was alive.
"Kocho-sama.." the white haired male mumbled. He then dropped to the ground and bowed. His mentor was alive.
Sanemi tried not to cry for the fact the man, who treated him with nothing but kindness was alive. The man who looked after him carefully. He wasn't dead.
Slowly tears left his eyes. Even his ego and pride, could not stop this moment.
But in his peripheral vision. The sound and stone pillars bowed.
"Its a honor Kocho-sama, we are happy you are alive."
"Its a flamboyant day that your are back."
They bowed for respect. He was an amazing fighter. Hearing rumors of his death felt as if a knife was stabbed into humanity's heart.
The love bowed her head. She did not know him but thought he was nice and felt a string love between the siblings.
Obanai jumped down from the tree. He bowed as well. He knew this person was important if they go sanemi to bow. Giyuu knelt as well. He felt strength from him. He knew the attitude directed at him was a not so good one. But when he joined the eldest kocho treated him with respect and became one of his few friends.
Muichiro knelt too. He didn't remember names but he knew faces. His face was a good one. So he knelt.
Tanjiro was speechless. The air carried sadness grief, but a since of happiness.
He kept quite. The strength coming off his was almost one of a demon. But he also smelt calmness.
Kyojuro then knelt down out of force from Tengens glare. Something he had never seen.He did not know this person. But his smile made him feel warm inside. A warmth hotter than any flame he could ever make.
"The master has arrived."
The two white haired twins spoke. (y/n) rembered them bu also was fascinated at how many pillars were here. He remembered there was only about a few. Not this many. Also at how his sisters were ones too.
He was do proud.
But he tapped them to bow for their master. He bowed in front, he wanted to see the man that was like a father to all of them.
"Hello my children what a fine day is it not.?"
Sanemi was going to speak but (y/n) beat him to it.
"It is a fine day Master. I hope you are in good health at this time."
The man before them paused. He stopped. He knew that voice.
The one who protected his son from a demon ordered by the demon lord himself.
"(y/n)...your alive..?" Tears came out his eyes. One of his children were alive. Though presumed dead, but he couldn't shake off that feeling.
The feeling of everlasting hope.
The same the Winter Lotus pillar was know for.
The pillars stood and reached for the arms of his master. His rough ones met warm and calm ones.
"My child your alive...please one of you notify Kiriya hurry."
One of the girls ran to the mansion behind them. Kagayas hugged the swordsman as if he was going to disappear again.
Soon a little boy with black hair but in woman's clothing came out. He spotted his savior on instant and ran to him. He hugged him and his father. Tears rolling down both their cheeks. Amane had a happy smile on her face.
He let go and ushered Kiriya back inside.
Kagaya let go of (y/n) and let him sit back down.
"What a splendid day, my children the Winter Lotus Pillar is alive. A day for celebration call forth. But for as of now, we need to speak of the matter. Today we meet the trial of Tanjiro Kamado and his sister."
The all bowed and listened.

Walking to the now once again Lotus estate, named after the first breathing style he learned (y/n) felt like a little child again. He could not wait to work again and to see his sisters.
Sisters meaning Aoi and Kanao. Yes he did look at Aoi like a younger sibling as well. His other sisters understood and treated her the same as well.
He walked into the yard and saw a Kakushi explaining to Kanao and Tanjiro about something. She had butterflies around her. But she froze as of seeing a ghost.
"Hi Kanao. Can my little sister come hug me? Does your coin allow that?" She did not even have to use her coin she ran to him and hugged him tightly.
He whispered how proud he was of her for staying alive for him, and becoming stronger.
He was proud she passed final selection. Became a slayer and followed after her other sisters.
Aoi came rushing out hearing that voice. She dropped to her knees on the patio wooden floor. Tears falling out her eyes.
"Nii-chan...your alive?"
Aoi jumped from the patio and ran to him, hugging and crying silently with Kanao. The other two sisters walked and hugged them as well.
He was home. He felt like home. He was their home.
It was like a dream, a dream far to good to wake up from.
