Scars {dream x oc} COMPLETE!

A Party?

A/n this is after a timeskip of about 1 month because I can not be bothered to write them becoming besties. Lol.

Melody woke up feeling incredibly tiered. With no motivation to get up whatsoever.
She got up anyways. Going to her wardrobe and picking out a simple outfit, just a long black long sleeve shirt and an oversized t-shirt and some black jeans to go with the hole outfit. She then went to the bathroom but stoped before she went into the shower taking out a fresh blade from the cupboard and cutting her arm.
Looking at the blood snaking it's way down her skin until it inevitably dropped down in small beads of crimson.
She repeated the process a few times before she felt light headed from the blood loss, that's when she decided it was enough and hopped into the shower trying to avoid the soap to touch the fresh wounds. She got out of the shower and put on the clothes she picked out beforehand and packed her backpack.

Stil feeling light headed she went out to her car and started to drive to school when she saw a familiar tall boy walk on the sidewalk she stopped the car and rolled down the window.
"Hey, you need a ride?" She asked
"Uh sure." Dream answered.
"Get in then" Melody gave him a quick smile.
"How do I know your not gonna kidnap me?" He let out a chuckle.
"You don't" she gave him a smirk.
After Dream got in the car Melody started to drive again. She blinked slowly seeming tiered.
"Did you not get enough sleep?" Dream asked concerned.
"Uh no I got enough sleep I'm just feeling a bit light headed." Melody asked giving him a quick smile before turning her attention back to the road.

Arriving at school the two went to their lockers wich were conveniently right next to each other with nicks in the middle.
"Hey Sap!" Melody greeted him as he was already standing at the lockers waiting for them.
"Hey Pandas." Dream said with a smile
"Hey DREAMY" Sapnap countered with a smirk."and also hey mamas"
"STOP!" Melody said with a smile.
"Why does he call you that?" Dream questioned the two.
"Long Story"
"No it's not!" Sapnap said "she called our primary school teacher Mama a lot. When I mean a lot I mean like every lesson at LEAST once." Sapnap said before bursting out laughing.
"SAAAPNAAAAP IM GOING TO KILLYOUUUU" Melody whined.

Sapnap started to run away through the groups of other people.
"Don't worry everyone calls their teachers mum or dad in primary school" Dream tried to comfort her because she didn't actually go after him.
"Not the same, tall boy" she countered annoyed starting to walk to their first class.

Arriving at her seat she immediately put her head down on the table and groaning in pain and tiered ness.
"Hey there's a party at my house on Friday. The hole class is invited. Wanna join?" A boy stood in front of her.
Melody looked up to be met with the eyes of a tall brunet with a beanie where just a few locks poked out of. "I don't know. We'll see, wil"
"You can bring Dream and sap too." Wilbur said trying to convince her.
"I'll ask them."
"Cool. I'll see you at lunch."

The classes went on as always, but in the class right before lunch Sapnap sat next to her.
"Hey melody." Sapnap poked at her whispering while the teacher tried to explain something about logarithms.
"What?" Melody said quietly trying to take notes.
"Are you going to wilburs party on Friday?" He sounded somewhat exited.
"I don't know. Only if you and Dream go, why?" She still didn't look up from her notebook.
"Well me and Dream are going and wanted to ask if you are coming too." Sapnap had a mischievous smile on his face when melody looked up.
"Urg. I guess I'm going too then." She groaned. She didn't like social stuff and a Highschool party sounded pretty social to her.
"Yes!" Sapnap partied quietly.

At lunch Melody didn't touch her food but no one noticed. They were to wrapped up in their conversation about the party.
Or so Melody thought until she was pulled out of her thoughts.
"Mel, you haven't eaten anything. Everything alright?" A concerned boy, with glasses and a checkered bandana around his neck, asked.
"Hmm? Oh yeah. Just not hungry." She lied.
"Okay, you muffin." Bad gave her a quick smile before turning back to skeppy.

Bad was one of the only people who knew about her past relationship with food. Or present. Even though she assured him that she has it under control. She told bad everything from her ex-boyfriend and what he did to her, over her mental health, to her fucked up family dynamics, or the lack there of.
He was there for her when her sibling, Arson, died. He held her for hours while she just cried. Bad was a close friend of hers.

After lunch the day was uneventful. Just school being school.

She waited outside at her car forDream because they thought it'd be fun to drive together.
"Soooooo a party!" The tall blond said as he entered the car. Melody was already on the drivers side looking at her phone when waiting for him to show up.
"Yeah... I guess." She said putting away her phone and starting the car.
"Oh come on now. It'll be fun! And even if you're not having fun you can just go home." He said.
"Yeah. well, what am I supposed to wear. I don't normally go to parties." She said focused on the road.
"I don't know your wardrobe so I'm afraid I can't help you in that matter."

Melody groaned it was Monday so she had enough time to prepare both physically and mentally because of the socializing.
"Buuuut I think niki can help with that." Dream said in a cheery voice. Maybe to cheery.
"Urg Fine." Melody gave in.
She dropped Dream of at his house and drove home.

When she got home she quickly texted niki still sitting in the car.

Hey Niki. So you know the party on Friday?
What do I wear to that?

Oh you wanna go shopping?
Well have so much fun!
We can get boba and stuff too!

Yeah sure.
It'll be fun.

Melody didn't know how to feel about boba but niki did say she would help her get an outfit. So that's good. Melody went downstairs to grab some water but on her way back up she was stoped by her father.
"Melody come eat dinner with us." Her father said in an almost demanding tone.
"No" Melody said quickly before continuing to go up the stairs.
"Melody. We want you to eat dinner with us" he said in a stern voice.
"Oh yeah. Like you wanted Arson to stay a boy."
"We wanted Jacke to have a normal life"
"That's not their name. And look where that got you!" Melody raised her voice a bit.
"It is his name! Don't speak to your father like that!"
"You are not my father anymore!"
Her father snapped and slapped her before saying "go to your room!"
"That's where I was going anyways." She said coldly.

Back in her room Melody slid down her closed door pulling her knees up to her chest. Crying.
After quite some time she then heard a quiet knock.
"Melody sweetie. Will you come eat dinner with us?" Her mother asked in a concerned voice.
Her mother understood what they did wrong with melody's sibling and tried to change but her father didn't.
"No." Melody said. She then heard footsteps getting more quiet as her mother walked away from the door.

After a while she got up from the door and went over to her desk. Melody turned on her computer and sent a text in the discord gc.

Melody got in the vc and greeted the boys.
"Hey guys"
"Hey Mel" clay said simply
"Hey Mamas" sapnap greeted a smirk could be heard through his voice.
"Stop simpmap" Melody countered.
"IM NOT A SIMP!" Sapnap said.

The three had fun playing bedwars for a few hours. With some successes and some fails but over all they had a pretty good run.
At about 1am they decided it would be good to go to bed so they all said their goodbyes and went of to bed.
