Shopping numer 2: electric boogaloo

Melody woke up the next day alone in bed. The smell of Pancakes filled her nose as she looked at the slightly open door.

Looking around the room she saw an all to familiar piece of clothing. She picked it up and the light scent of cologne came off Dreams hoodie. Melody pulled the hoodie over her head before walking out of the room and down the stairs.

She walked towards the living room finding a bunch of her friends sitting on the couch, talking and eating pancakes. Sapnap was sitting next to Karl and Wilbur, Niki and Dream sat on the other, shorter couch.

"What are you guys still doing here?" Melody said rubbing her tired eyes. Dream jumped up and over the couch engulfing the girl in a hug.

"You look cute in my hoodie." Dream whispered in her ear, the hot air hitting her skin made her shiver and his words made her blush.

Dream picked Melody up and walked with her in his arms to the couch sitting back down not letting go of her.

"Get a room you two." Sapnap said while shoving another pancake in his mouth. Karl let aut a small giggle.

"So shopping today?" Niki asked looking at Melody.

"Oh uh sure." Melody said looking at her still bandaged wrists.

"We don't have to go on that date if you don't want to." Dream said kissing her shoulder lightly.

"No no I want to know what you had planed." Melody said.

Niki jumped up "Alright im gonna go get Minx and then we'll go so get ready." Niki said cheerily and walked out the house.

"I actually have to get going." Sapnap said also getting up followed by Karl doing the same.

"Okay im gonna go take a shower." Wilbur said making his way up the stairs.

"Dream i have to get ready" Melody giggled slightly when Dream, instead of letting go, held her tighter.

"Mhhm fine... but tell me when you come back from shopping and ill come over and give you cuddles." Dream said giving in and letting go of the girl.

"Dream?.... Can I keep the hoodie?" Melody asked looking into the dirty blond boys eyes.

"Yeah." Dream said with a smirk. "If it stops smelling like me you can get another one while I wear that one." Melody threw a throw pillow at his face after getting up making her way to the guest room.

Her friends had packed a suit case for her, since shed be living here for a while. So she picked an outfit and headed to the bathroom wich was connected to her room.

In the bathroom she looked at her wrists, arms and then her shoulders.  All covered in scars. Melody wanted to try to get better for her friends so she hopped in the shower and got ready.

Trying not to think about it. Trying... and failing.

When she got out of the shower she put on some simple black shorts and Dreams signature lime green hoodie.

"Melody, Niki is here" Wilbur called from down stairs.

"Coming!" Melody said as she made her way down the stairs.

"Is that Dreams?" Niki gasped when she saw Melody.

"Yeah" Melody said smiling. Niki Wilbur and minx awed. "Let's go shopping for my date" Melody said exited.

The three girls made their way to Nikis car, Melody sitting in the back but having the aux cord. She played 'sweater weather' and all the girl sang along.
