I am responding on behalf of Mr. Cavill. Your letter was received and the information relayed to him.
At this time, Mr. Cavill requests that an amniocentesis be conducted once you have reached the second trimester. He would like the sample sent to the Pathology lab at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The results of the DNA test will be kept confidential. Should Mr. Cavill choose to release that information, you will be contacted prior to public disclosure. Your personal information will remain confidential.
Mr. Cavill will provide his DNA sample directly to the Pathology lab.
Mr. Cavill has requested that an NDA be signed. The form will be sent to the Law Offices of Downey, Evans and Stan. It will need to be signed and notarized. Once that has been completed, it can be sent via certified mail, or delivered directly to the Law Offices of McKellar, Clarke and Reynolds.
Mr. Cavill would appreciate that this information be kept confidential until which time the NDA is signed and submitted to the court.
