Chapter I

{The Next Day}

I was so nervous about being "ThE nEw giRL". "I know not many people like going to school and meeting new people" I ranted o my friends as we walked to the train station "AND I'M ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE!" I continued unaware there were two boys that were going to our school behind us. "It's ok (Nickname), You'll be fine" Aster reassured me. They may be "The fun hyper pansexual friend" but they act the the friend groups therapist at other times. "Th-Thanks" I stuttered, I stutter when I get nervous so I quickly put my hands over my mouth because I was so embarrassed.

I just stood there waiting for the train with my friends. "The teachers are super chill except [a teachers name>:(], so you'll be fine as long as you don't have that class" Maple told me as I started to hear the train come. "Yeah!" Atlas said in their regular enthusiastic voice as the train came to a stop right in front of us "He teaches biology!" They finished as we walked onto the train as aster guided us where to go as we got shoved around by other people trying to walk by. "Hey" Lynx said while pouting "I wanted to say that!" They said sadly. "It's ok Lynx" I said "You can tell me about all the other teachers, here I'll send you a picture of my schedule" I compromised with them. I then private chatted Lynx a picture of my schedule once I got it and my switch out of my backpack.

I started playing once I put my phone away in my backpack as I semi listened to Lynx talk about how nice the teachers were and some of the work they assign because they're older brother went to the same school a couple years ago before he moved out. In my head it was just me, my switch, and Zelda. The train suddenly came to a stop which sorta made me trip a little bit but I was fine because I'm a naturally clumsy person. " [Nickname] you clutz" laughed Aster as all five of us and the other passengers walked off.

{Third Person Pov}

Little did I know those two boys were still there. One didn't seem to even notice my presence, but one in particular pudding haired boy did.

{Time skip}

Once we finally arrived Lynx and Maple soon left and went to the other side of school because unfortunately they weren't in our class, but me, aster, and atlas all had similar schedules so that was a plus. They started talking to each other and to me starting a conversation going back and forth and so on and so on you get the idea. I started to get scared about the amount of people around me and I didn't want to have another panic attack so I looked down at my switch which was in my hand and started playing again, that's pretty much the only way to calm my nerves.

School shouldn't be that hard, I'm more concerned about my life outside school though... I thought as I stared down at my game continuing to pluck at the buttons. Then again I'm obliged to go to school. I rolled my eyes at the thought. I tuned out their conversation so I could focus on my game. Before I could even think another word I felt myself fall backwards... hmph before I knew it I was on the ground, my switch was okay, thank god. I took a deep breath and looked up to see two boys? "RIGHT! I'm sorry!" I blurted out immediately springing to my feet, I heard my friends mumble about the tall black haired one. I sighed and focused my attention on the guy I bumped into, "I'm sorry too. I'm Kenma." He said almost smiling, "L/n, Y/n!" I bowed, Atlas and Aster noticed my situation and giggled and tapped at my shoulder giving me the eyes, I internally cursed at them and walked away as fast as I could while my friends ran after me leaving the two boys behind.

Kenma's POV

Kuroo was still talking about volleyball I threw in a couple "yes" and "mhm"'s so he thought I was listening, which obviously didn't work because he said "Are you even listening?!" before I could defend myself they bumped into me. Normally I would be mad..but this time was.....different..
