I forgot to put this last time, but I decided to change the way I show the thoughts of the characters.
Instead of putting apostrophe, I decided to italicize the words. That way, it would be much easier to tell the difference between a thought and a speech.
Disclaimer: I don't own Pokemon.

"Here you go Professor Juniper." A deep, yet friendly voice said through the screen, as a Pokeball was sent to her lab.
"Thank you." Responded Juniper as she received the Pokeball.
After a short conversation, the screen turned black, signaling the end of the call.
Professor Juniper then took the Pokeball, "Now I wonder who this 'troublemaker' that man is referring to." The Professor threw the Pokeball into the air as it unclipped itself.
Out came a small, light blue Pokemon. Its appearance was that of a frog, standing on all 4s with webbed feet, and two large eyes staring back. However, the most notable appearance was the puffy foam that was surrounding its neck. (Yup... I actually did it)
"Kie!" The Pokemon cried.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Two weeks have passed, and Professor Juniper was NOT having the time of her life.
The source of her stress was because of a single Pokemon, Froakie.
It wasn't because he was misbehaving. If anything, it was behaving quite well.
The problem was that it was VERY hard to cooperate with. Her Kalos friend, Professor Sycamore did complain about how hard it was for this Pokemon to approach humans. But she didn't really think that it would be up to this extent!
She then heard some noise outside, towards the forest. She knew EXACTLY what was going on.
It seems like he is training again.
The Professor couldn't help but sigh.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Froa... kie!" Froakie cried as he threw frubbles towards the trees.
But he wasn't over just yet.
"Kie!" The frog Pokemon charged towards the tree, kicking it with all his might.
Then as several leaves fell, "Froooo!!!" He cried out as he charged up Bubbles towards the falling leaves.
The attack successfully landed on the target, as the leaves broke apart from the impact.
The frog Pokemon was sweating from all the hours he spent training.
However, it muttered something before continuing to train again.
Not Enough
This is what it was likely suggesting.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
The weeks soon turned into months, since then, Froakie continued to train non-stop, while still not cooperating with people.
Then one day...
"Hello?" A voice said, getting Froakie's attention.
He turned and saw a boy with a Pikachu on his right shoulder, walking in the laboratory.
Another trainer huh...
For a starter Pokemon like him, meeting other trainers was nothing new to him. If anything, he was far more used to it than just about any other Pokemon, and for a good reason too.
Well... not like I care...
As mentioned before, Froakie didn't cooperate well with humans. This also included all the past trainers he met before. In his eyes, they were all far too weak, at least in his standards.
Every time he was chosen by a trainer, he left every single one of them, specifically because they didn't live up to his standards.
So Froakie thought it would be same just like before.
However...
"Pikachu!" The trainer yelled at the top of his lungs, towards his fallen friend.
Froakie who was observing the battle, couldn't believe his eyes. The giant, thundercloud has suddenly appeared out of nowhere and struck Pikachu with its blue lightning.
The frog Pokemon couldn't help but tremble at the might of the giant goliath.
But more than that, he was focused on the trainer in front of him.
"Pikachu! PIKACHU! Are you okay?!" The trainer frantically yelled.
What's wrong with him?
The way the trainer acted was way different from all the past trainers he encountered.
"Just use Thunderbolt on me!" The trainer exclaimed.
Wha...
Froakie thought before the trainer was covered in yellow electricity.
"Yep... you are just as strong as ever..."
Huh? This isn't right...
This trainer gave Froakie different feelings than before.
"...Where is the lab?" Ash muttered
This trainer was strange. Strange... but kind. Professor Juniper, as well as some of the other trainers he met were kind as well. But the trainer in front of him... was different.
Froakie snuck out of the lab, towards Route 1.
He followed the trainer and saw the him fighting against Rufflet.
Rough here and there, but experienced overall.
After he caught Rufflet, the trainer released the Pokemon, before treating its injuries.
...He really cares about Pokemon doesn't he?
Froakie finally realized the difference between Ash and all the other trainers.
This trainer... genuinely cares about Pokemon. Of course, Professor Juniper, as well as Professor Sycamore also cared about Pokemon greatly, but the trainer in front of him... was different.
He couldn't phrase that enough. After all, it was the best way to describe him.
No...
Froakie realized there WAS a better way to describe him. Rather than different, it was better to call him...
Unique.
Froakie muttered to himself, before making a light smile.
"Let's push on!"
The trainer yelled, before finally exiting Route 1.
Froakie followed right behind, entering Accumula Town.
It seems he has finally found his trainer.

Surprise! Froakie actually appears in UNOVA!!!
This was a short chapter I wanted to put for one of Ash's Pokemon team (Yes, Froakie will be in Ash's team, but I am pretty sure that was obvious from reading this Interlude).
I don't care what anyone is going to say, I was planning to do this from the beginning, and it is FINAL!!!
And before you ask, Froakie will be the ONLY Pokemon from Gen 6 and above in Ash's team.
I just wanted to include him for my own amusement.
Well, see you guys later on the actual Chapter 6.
