*Mario's POV*
" Uwaaaa! MARIO HEEELP" Crys Cappy as he's being captured by the Klepto in the lost kingdom, I run towards the mountain top where the bird was and I try with all my might but I just can't get up this level! "I'm coming Cappy!!" I yell back, the bird is perched upon the top while I'm on the bottom struggling to rock climb! This hurts y hands terribly but I'll do anything for Cappy! Cappy is desperately trying to get out of the bird's beak which is surprisingly harder than expected. I finally get over the rocks and I'm on top of the mountain/ hill, the bird is on one of those ground pound rocks, I run over and smack the bird onto the ground, Cappy falls down out of the Kletpo's mouth but while he's falling down, He starts to fall off the mountain! I dive over just in time to grab Capp's stub hand before he falls into the poison ocean, "M-Mario-", "It's ok Cappy! Everything is fine, just don't... move... a muscle". If Cappy moves, since his hand is a stub, he'll accidentally wiggle out of my hand and fall all the way down, I'm trying to think of an idea to save us from being here for eternity when "Mario? Why are you over the edge bro? You said you would be at the Odyssey, not on the side of the mountain, what are you even doing?" Luigi says behind me. Well, to explain, after we saved Peach from Bowser, We wanted the Lost Kingdom to be treated with some nice plants, that's why we were here in the first place, Luigi wanted to come with us so he did, with Daisy, of course, I'm guessing she's in the ship he came herewith.
I just remembered, out of everything that has happened, Luigi hasn't met Cappy ;-;. "Luigi, Imma explain to you later who I'm saving right now ok?", "Wait what-", "No time to explain, take Cappy's brim" I swear I could feel Cappy staring at me, "B-but Mario-", "I know your brim's a little uhh... sensitive but its gonna be quick", Cappy hesitantly nods and shuts his eyes hard, preparing for impact.
I had to go get ready for a doctors appointment lets hope I don't die TwT
