Summary:
When Dream suddenly stops recording or talking to any of his friends, nobody knows what happened to him. George gets worried and travels to Florida, where he spends days trying to get Dream to leave his bedroom and see him. When he finally does, it isn't what George expected for their first encounter.————————————————
Dream hadn't had the motivation to make any videos. This had been going on for at least three weeks now, and the tall blonde had hardly left his room except to use the bathroom and occasionally eat. Even that was often too exhausting for him. Sapnap had been texting him the most of everyone, but Dream hadn't answered any of the messages. Every body was worried about him, he could tell that much. Why did it matter though? Even if he told them everything that he'd been feeling, it wouldn't fix it. He'd given up hope at this point, just sleeping the days away.
Dream had a different ringtone for George's messages, and he always jumped at the sound. George was obviously worried about him. Dream only ever read the messages sent by the brunette, ignoring every one else. The most recent message, however, shocked him.
It was just four words, but those four were enough to have Dream considering writing a response. "I'm coming to Florida."
That was all the message read, and Dream took a moment to recover from the shock of it. George was coming to see him? Why?
Another week passed, and with it came many more messages from George. Updates on the trip. Never once did Dream send a response, but that didn't matter. George could see that he was reading the messages, and that was all that really mattered to him.
After a little while Dream stopped reading the messages from George. Even that was too much for him. He didn't leave his bed, not knowing how many days passed between when he moved or showered. At least until he heard a knock on his front door. He thought it was just the mailman, or Sapnap coming to check on him again. Although when a faint voice with a distinct British accent carried through the house, Dream felt a small amount of his energy return. He forced himself out of bed, waving away the dizziness that came with the action. George spoke through the door again while Dream stumbled to the front door, finally pulling it open. He was heavily leaning on the frame and looked at George with tired eyes.
"Y-you're actually here..?"

George looked up at the tall blonde in shock. Dream looked worse than he'd imagined. His hair was knotty and looked like it hadn't been taken care of in weeks. He was thin, barely keeping himself standing.
"Oh my god.. When's the last time you ate?! Sit down before you fall over, geez!"
George practically carried Dream over to the couch, propping him up on some pillows. He quickly went into the kitchen, digging around before finding water and bringing it back out, handing it to Dream.
"Drink that, but don't chug it. Slowly, okay?"
Dream nodded and took slow, small sips of the water. He could tell George was worried about him. Hell, the brunette had traveled to a whole other country just to see him.
"What's going on? Why do you look so sick?" George's voice was thick with concern.
"I don't know.. Why do you even care?"
He doesn't care, he's just pretending. Don't lie to yourself.
The thoughts flooded Dreams head before he could even start to wave them away, hitting him full force. He started spacing out, listening to them. He hadn't heard George trying to bring him back.
