POISONED (Hiatus)

Chapter Eighteen

"Aunt Hestia!" Leo yelled at the top of his lungs and opened the small but homey cottage of the goddess of the Hearth.

"Hello, Leo" The goddess of the Hearth smiled at the son of Hephaestus, "I see you brought some friends"

Leo gave her a big grin and introduce their new friends one by one.

"Make yourself at home while I get the cookies and milk alright?" Hestia said and walked towards the kitchen.

She looked at the son of the Sea God for a bit and notice how different he is when he's in his teenage days. His freckles are hidden because of his tan skin and how fair his skin is.

She smiled a little, that's what Poseidon looked like when they first saw him in their father's stomach. She watched how the god's fair skin become tanner and tanner as he takes an endless stroll on the beach.

Persues is indeed the carbon copy of Poseidon.

As the demigods and Tyson waited for the goddess of the hearth to return, they sat on the floor in a semi-circle, with the hearth in front of them as Percy talked about how different Olympus compared to Atlantis.

Annabeth zoomed in on their conversation when Percy mentioned the architecture of the undersea city.

"That's so cool!" Leo said with a sparkle in his eyes, "I mean, Fire can be ignited underwater!"

Percy nodded, "The Cyclops' forges are almost as hot as the sun but every time I visit my brother, the water was there to cool me off"

"How does the water didn't evaporate?" Annabeth asked, "I mean, with that heat, it'll sure evaporate"

"I asked my brother about that and he replied magic," Percy said.

"Cool!" the sparkle in Leo's eyes didn't disappear, "I wish I could go there"

"You can!" Will said, "Uncle Poseidon let us except for the gods, sometimes, go to his realm"

"Really?!" Leo practically screamed, "Can I? Can I?"

Leo crawled towards Percy faster than a man can blink until they are nose-to-nose. A crazed look in his eyes.

"D-depends on D-dad," Percy stammers, clearly spooked by the small Latino, "A-and y-your father"

Leo's like one of those monsters in the horror movie, crawling towards their victim.

"Stop it, Leo," Piper grabbed the Latino's shirt and yanked him back towards her, "Don't scare, poor Percy"

"Since when did you defend him?" Jason asked her with a scowl

"Since, now," Piper smiled, "Besides, Percy is like a little brother you never had"

"Oi!" Leo protested, "I thought I was you, little brother"

"Your my crazed little brother," the daughter of love ruffled his hair.

They laughed as Leo pouted.

"You all mean," he whined

Out of nowhere, an Iris Message appeared in front of Percy, earning the stares of the other demigods. While Percy is shocked, Tyson's expression says, 'I knew he'll IM us'.

"Percy!~," a masculine voice said and they saw an older, greener, and more manly (fishy) version of Percy.

"Triton!" Percy exclaimed with a big smile on his face, "How are you?"

"I'm dying!" the next king of the Sea whined, WHINED!, "Mother said I can't visit you if I don't finish my paperwork!"

Percy laughed, " You're immortal, Tri. You can't die"

"Perce, can tell Mother with that cute and pinchable face of yours tell let me go there with you?" Triton asked, clearly didn't notice the other demigods who eavesdrop on their conversation.

"Pinchable is not a word," Annabeth murmured.

"Please~" Triton whined again.

"Is your brother like that all the time?" Hazel leaned over and whispered to the son of the sea god.

"Not really," Percy whispered back, "He's like that sometimes if Mother gave him too much paperwork or just miss me"

"Ah"

"Percy, who's that?" Triton asked with a frown.

The demigods noted the same thought, 'The next King of the Sea is protective of the younger brother'

"Oh, it's Hazel" Percy grinned, "She's a daughter of Hades"

"Pluto," was Hazel's small whisper.

"Oh," a dark green tinged appeared on the god's face, "You mean the other demigods are watching?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Nothing"

Leo snorted and covered his mouth with the back of his palm to stifle his laughter.

"Mind introducing us, Perce," Piper giggled.

"Oh yeah," Percy smiled, clearly happy that they consider him as their friend.

He introduced the other demigods, along with their godly parents, while pointing which is which.

Before Leo could ask if they can go to the underwater city, Hestia was back with fresh baked cookies in a bowl with a glass of warm milk in her other hand, while mugs were gently floating beside her.

"Why hello, Triton," Hestia said with a warm smile.

The merman yelped, earning some giggle and stifled laughs from the demigods.

"Lady Hestia," Triton greeted, the dark tinge on his face darkens even more.

"How many times do I have to tell you to call me Aunt Hestia?" the goddess chided.

"Sorry"

It is quite amusing to watch as the god was chided by the most loved and kindest goddess in all Olympus.

"When we'll attack?" a hissing voice asked.

"When the gods assumed nothing will attack them," another voice said.

"Ohhh, I can't wait to taste those little demigod's blood," a red tongue licked those drooling lips, "Especially that Sea Spawn"

"Oh, you wouldn't want that," a velvet-like voice said, amused.

"Why?"

"There's poison coursing on his veins," the velvet voice replied, "If you dare to taste the half-blood's blood, the poison may ruin the demigod's sweet taste.

She knows how sweet and addicting the Sea spawn's blood taste. For she's the one who causes the son of the Sea's suffering.

" Such sweet, sweet taste," she murmured and licked her lips, "I wanna have another bite but... I have to wait until... they manage to know the cure"

"But it'll take years, my Lady"

"Oh, hush, patience is key to have sweet and delicious demigod blood" a wicked grin appeared on her face.

"They better hurry before the child of the bane of the sea and poison make another move"
