Percy gasped for air and began to cough. He can't feel or see anything besides the pain he feels. It's like his chest is been squeezed by an invisible hand. Tears sprang from his eyes and tasted a metallic taste in his mouth.

As sudden the pain started, it disappeared, making Percy sigh in relief and collapse on the bed.

He is still breathless from hacking his lungs out. His eyes fluttered open and saw the worried and panicked faces of the three sea gods.

"Dad," he croaked, coughing slightly, "W-what...?"

Poseidon's shoulders slumped and hugged his son, "Thank god you stopped"

Percy looked at the others confused and slowly rise his shaking arms to hug his father.

"I-i'm fine," he whispered.

Triton released a shaky breath and rubbed the bridge of his nose. Watching your brother cough out blood in front of you and all you can do is nothing but watch as he suffers.

He clenched his fist and gritted his teeth in anger and frustration. For years the gods and demigods searched for the cure and what kind of poison the demigod is suffering but all they found is nothing. Nothing! If they did find something, those black hooded figures will appear and destroy the thing they discovered, making them stay in the dark.

"Where're the others?" Percy whispered, "Are they-"

"They're alright," Poseidon wiped the blood on the side of his son's mouth with his thumb, "They're alright."

"Thank gods," Percy sighed in relief and coughed.

Amphitrite handed the demigod a glass of water which the demigod downed in one go. The goddess was worried for the demigod too. For years the demigod was living here at Atlantis, the more the goddess adored him. Besides, her mother is good company for a mortal.

Percy opened his mouth to ask something when the door burst open, startling the four.

They whipped their heads towards the door, ready for an attack. They saw the general of the Cyclops Army panting in front of them, making them release a relieved sigh.

"Brother!" Tyson looked at the demigod, his big brown eye glistening with tears, "Are you alright?"

"M'fine," Percy replied.

"That's good," Tyson wiped the big fat tears that's cascading on his cheeks, "When we heard about what happened, I immediately swim here"

"Any clues?" Triton asked the Cyclops.

Tyson shook his head, fists clenched on his sides, "All the clues are destroyed by the time we reached the cave where the old Cecelia lived"

"Damn it!" Triton growled in frustration, "Is the old Cecelia still there?!"

"He died," Tyson bowed his head, his brown locks covering his face.

"Seriously guys, I'm alright," Percy whispered.

Triton whipped his head towards the demigod, "Sure, brother. Coughing blood and being poisoned is alright"

Percy bowed his head, "I'm alright. I don't feel any pain now"

"Sure," Triton growled, "You don't feel any pain right now but there are chances that you'll drop on the ground, writhing in pain"

"Annabeth, is she alright?" Percy asked

"Why would you care about that daughter of Athena anyway?!" Triton glared at his brother, his eyes glistening, "Can you please, just once in your life, take care of yourself first?!"
