"So, why are you here, Apollo?" Triton asked when Tyson carried the exhausted and sleeping demigod to his room.
Apollo smiled again. Since the Sun was taking care of Will and Calypso, his usual teenage form was turned into a 'matured' twenty years old handsome man.
"I finally made the pearl that can make Perce go to the mortal world," he announced happily.
A large grin broke on Sally's and Paul's faces when they heard about it.
Kym and Rhodes have a small smile on their faces, happy for their little brother that he can finally go to the surface world. For the past years, the green-eyed demigod kept asking Calypso and Will (who visits sometimes when Apollo takes care of Percy and sees if he got better) what is it like above the sea.
Triton was happy for his little brother but he is worried about his safety, same with his parents.
What if the pearl backfired?
What if he's hurt?
What if he's attacked by his and his parents' enemies?
What if he was kidnapped?
Thousands of what-ifs swirled around the Sea deities' heads. Well, you can't blame them for worrying for the youngest. Especially they still don't know what the poison is and the cure.
"Don't worry Uncle P," Apollo smiled, "He won't be alone"
Triton scowled, "I'll go with him"
Apollo raised an eyebrow, 'What's his problem? It's not like I will pitch Percy off a cliff'
"Someone's jealous~," Kym and Rhodes said in a sing-song voice.
Triton blushes deep green and growled at his sisters, "I am not!"
"Whatever you say, brother," Kym blow his raspberries much to Rhodes's amusement.
Triton looked at the goddess annoyed with a look that said, 'I'll kill you later'
Kym just smiled at him innocently. Amphitrite looked at the siblings with a serene look on her regal face. She looked at the amused Sun god and couple, aka, Sally and Paul.
She cleared her throat to gain their attention, "How about he will go to Olympus first tomorrow? I'm pretty sure he'll get excited to see Cally and Will again. Apollo and Tyson will babysit them"
"But, Mother!" Triton protested, "Percy needs me"
"You have your responsibilities here and I saw your paperwork on your desk," Amphitrite said sternly and she narrowed her eyes, "You'll go with Percy after a week, am I clear?"
Triton opened his mouth to protest but close it when the Queen stared at him.
His other siblings snickered and bid goodbye for they have their work like Kym, who is adorable as a jellyfish, wrecking ships making destructive storms.
Poseidon looked at Apollo with a grateful look on his face, "Thank you, Apollo"
"No problem, Uncle P," Apollo give them a flashy smile, "He owes me for saving Artemis from Atlas"
Poseidon gives him a strained smile, "How about you give Sally and Paul a ride back to their apartment?"
Amphitrite looks at him with a suspicious look on her face. He is hiding something from them. She'll find out soon enough.
Apollo nodded, knowing what happened. Sally and Paul bid goodbyes, Sally and Amy hugging each other, and the two boys give each other a handshake, and Apollo flashed them back to the mortal city.
