Ruined (Unedited)

• Another Problem Arises •

I woke up in a cold sweat shaken up from the dream I just had. I started to look for Alexandra who was supposedly in her cradle. I was relieved to see that she was peacefully sleeping in her cradle. I wondered what kind of tragedy would happen to Alexandra, but what worried me more was that if I really was immortal now.

I had picked up a knife that was being used for peeling apples and slit my wrist. It still hurt a bit but the pain soon stopped as I saw nothing in that spot I had just cut. I gasped a bit but held it back since a nurse might come in and see a knife in my hand.

I was a special person so some nurses were set outside of my room to make sure I was safe. Konrad had made a company famous for how much money it makes a year. It was called the "King of Companies", but it's profit was declining from the lack of a leader. I was filling in but it was going to be passed down to the eldest son, Raymond. Me and Konrad were going to pass it down when he became 18 but it was urgent so they passed it down earlier than planned.

He was surprised at first but he soon accepted it knowing that something bad happened to his father. He asked what happened to his father and I told him that he died while protecting me. I started to tear up but knowing that Raymond would leave if I let them fall. I sucked the tears back up and told him to keep it a secret from the rest of the family. He nodded and then I let him go.

I started to think of it as a bad idea to give Raymond this heavy burden. But after a few days he made a giant comeback in the company making enemy companies empty handed.

When he had that comeback I was starting to go home with Alexandra. My family of 2 girls and 2 boys. Raymond didn't get a chance to meet me since he had a meeting that day. Eda and Ada my 2 twin girls came rushing up to me and hugged me. Max was at a rebellious age so he didn't rush up to me but I could see that he was genuinely glad I was back.

Eda and Ada kept bugging me about the baby until I finally let them see the baby resting in my arms. I told them that her name was Alexandra but in Russia it could be said as Sasha. They started to giggle as the baby started to yawn itself awake.

It was always a quiet baby, the only time I heard it cry was when it was born but it didn't cry at night or anything. It seemed unnatural since the other 4 was such a trouble that it made me go mad.

I was starting to get worried about Alexandra but it was soon put aside when Eda and Ada told me to come inside to tell them what happened at the party. I had told them that nothing really happened, but there was a lot of music.

They were getting riled up from the mention of music since they aimed to be professional musicians, I knew they were going to have an exciting future.

A few hours later I started to get tired so I went up 2 flights of stairs to my luxuriously decorated room. It had walls that were a soft pink, and a darker pink carpet. The closest was as large as two elephants standing in front of each other. It was filled with casual clothing instead of fancy clothing since I loathed them, but I had at least five fancy dresses if I was forced to go to a party.

The bed was a deep pink giving off a lonely feeling to it, yet when up close it would give off a stronger more happy feeling. It had a white bed dresser beside it with some papers. Plus, it was a very roomy room with two windows to escape from.

Time was passing by fast as I sat with the baby in my arms on my bed. I was smiling down on it while it was holding onto my thumb. But suddenly some kind of voice popped into my mind stating that I must give up the baby, but I refused harshly causing him to say that I will regret refusing to give up the baby.

I was finally understanding what Wynne meant when she said that something would happen to "Sasha" in the future. I started to worry about what would happen to her when she grew up, she would have to live without a father, and with the threat of being taken away at any point of time.
