Camilla's Pov
I wake up in Ian's arms, we fell asleep last night watching a movie. I try to wiggle out of his arms without waking him up. I start to put on one of Ian hoodies and a pair of leggings I brought with me.

"Babe" Ian said his voice muffled by the pillow "come back here" he patted the space near him

"Can't, I have to go running"

"What it's 5:30 in the morning"

"Yea, I know I'm starting to go running earlier so I can run more"

He groans into his pillows, I laugh at his response.

"Bye baby" I said sitting down next to him.

"Bye bubs" he said turning around pressing his lips on mine.

"I love you"

"Love you too"

"Hey, we're is Patrick?"

"What do you mean ? He's not here ?"

"No he's not."

"Well, where the hell is he ?"

"Look I'm sure he's fine. I gotta go bubs, love you" I said walking out the door.

I put my AirPods in and walk out the school and I start jogging. I always go jogging every morning towards the marina. I love going to the marina before sunrise, it's so peaceful there. I make to marina and see that Patrick's boat is here and the lights are on.

Ellen's Pov

I open my eyes and I feel extremely disoriented until I notice the water in front of me and that I'm curled into a sleeping Patrick. I sit up slightly gently swat Patrick's chest to wake him up. He just mumbles something incoherently and doesn't move an inch.

I move near his ear and whispered "Patrick wake up"
"Patrick"

When that didn't work I did the only thing I could think of. I placed a kiss against his lips. After a split second a feel him kiss me back. We pull apart and he says "what was that for ?"

"Well I had to find some way to wake you up ?"

"Wake me up ? We fell asleep?"

"Yea, it's 5:45" I said checking my phone "the sun should be up soon"

"Perfect, we get to see the sunrise"

"Perfect" I say with huge smile

"You guys are so adorable" we heard some say from behind us. We both immediately jump up, Patrick falls to the ground I turn the face the person.

"Holy shit Camilla !! You scared the living crap out of me" he groaned

I let out u huge sigh of relief once I notice it's Camilla sitting down behind us. Camilla just starts laughing hysterically.

"You're enjoying this aren't you" I said to Camilla.

"Oh yes I am ! This is hilarious, you guys look like you've seen a ghost"

"No shit, how long have you been sitting there" Patrick asked

"About 20 minutes"

"You've been watching us sleep for 20 minutes ? What are you some creepy stalker that watches people sleep ?" I asked sarcastically

"No, I was on my run and I saw that your boat lights were on and I came to check why and I saw you too sleeping, all curled up in each other's arms, it was incredibly cute. Oh and let's not forget about the kiss" She said with a slight giggle

"Oh shut up" Patrick said

"So are you guys dating or what ?"

"I umm.... we..." I stuttered

"We..." Patrick said clearing his throat.

"Oh you haven't talked about this yet have you ? Ok umm I'm going to leave you guys at that" she said getting up and leaving.

"So umm ?" I said nervously

"Go out with me ?" He says out of the blue"

"I really really like el you're smart, talented, gorgeous and an amazing person. When I'm around you I feel... I don't know how to explain it really, I feel alive and like I can do anything.

"I....I really like you Patrick . I feel the exact same way, you're so great at everything and I just feel so safe around you. It's just....

"Just what ? What are you so scared of el ?"

"Of this !" I said pointing between us "of us, of you le-... I'm damaged goods Patrick ! IM TRASH! You don't WANT ME PATRICK. I said tears streamed down my face. I look down avoiding eye contact

"Hey don't say that el" he said walking towards me grabbing the sides of face making me look at him. "You. Are. Not. Trash ! Do you hear me and so what if your damaged everyone is damage, SO AM I !  Everyone HAS THEIR SHIT EL ! Do you really think that I would like you any less because of your past el. Nothing you can say will make you change the way I feel about you" he stroked my cheek with his thumb. "I. Want. You" he said in slowly in a soft and soothing plan. "I don't care about your past . I care about you, the Ellen in front of me"

I'm completely speechless, I have no idea what to say. I want to believe him, I do. I just stare at him tears streaming down my eyes. I then wrap my arms around his neck and he picks me up into his arms. I wrap my legs around his waist and rest my head in the crock of his neck. He held me tightly,I feel so safe, so wanted. I never want this moment to end. It's just so.....perfect.

"Yes" I mumble into his neck

"What ?" He says looking at me

"Yes, I'll go out out with you" I said in a whisper.

A smile stretches along his lips and the grabs my chin with one arm and gently pulls me into a kiss.We pull away and we smile at each other.

"Do you wanna watch the sunrise ?"

"I thought you would never ask el"

We walk over to the same spot we slept in watching the sunrise. We then get up and drive back to the school. He walks me to my dorm, I kiss him goodbye and go inside. I go inside and get ready. I walk down to the cafeteria for breakfast and I see Patrick sitting at a table with everyone else. I really feel apprehensive about this. I know Camilla is going to have field with us.
I hate being the centre of attention. I take a deep breath and walk over to sit down on the empty seat next to Patrick.
