You have spoken the truth

You have spoken the truth,

I was glad that I didn't stay a fool thinking you loved me,

You see, I'm an idiot.

I'm an idiot and a liar to myself,

I forced it.

I couldn't live up to the idea that i'm wrong,

I was like a child escaping the death that a family suffered.

I bluffed, but you told me we were young in this torn world,

You gave me that warning as if it's a protection from myself saying that you know me.

I tried to give you all,

But it was missed by the fault,

I was cheating while beating out the lies,

You saw me once.

But you didn't speak the truth until you saw me with Aaron.

You called me a slut,

I answered shut up mutt.

But you didn't take that as an offence.

You just kept going until you broke me down,

Until I figured out you spoke the truth.
