Chapter 29

-Sofia's P.O.V-
5pm... One hour until our guests arrive! I went in to the shower for the second time today, I washed my hair and body carefully. I wrapped myself in a towel and steeped out, I dried my hair and body and went in to my walk in closet. Finally I get to see what Ally has picked out for me! I thought. I saw a dress hanging on to the wall with the shoes standing under it. The dress had a cut out black top with a pink high low skirt, the shoes were high heeled and black. The dress came with a black bracelet. WOW! I mouthed, my sister really does have a good taste in clothes! I put on my thingies and then put the dress on, I put the shoes next to my door and walked back to my bathroom. I took out my curling iron and plugged it in, I took out a chair and sat down on it and started curling my hair. Once I finished, I put the curling iron away and took out my makeup that I'm gonna use now. I put on some concealer under my eyes to cover up my small bags, I skipped the foundation and put on some black and pink eyeshadow to match my dress:) I put eyeliner on and made a wing, now all that's left is mascara and lipstick. I put them on and looked myself in the mirror, I'm pretty happy with my look for tonight:) I put everything away and went out of my bathroom. Just at that moment my mom called my name and told me that the guests have arrived, I quickly put my shoes on and took a quick look in the mirror. I walked downstairs and was sudden engulfed in hugs and compliments by everyone. I talked with a few of the guests until it was time for dinner, so we all walked outside were the table was. My dad had grilled meat and mom made the salad in which I helped out with. Dinner was full of talking and laughing, I gotta say that I missed this. You know, being with the whole family and old friends in which I only see every other year. Once dinner was over I helped mom and dad put away the table, then we walked to the living room where everyone else was seated. Me and Kajsa have a little tradition that after dinner on Christmas at least one person has to sing a Christmas song. Tonight I'm gonna sing two songs, one of them with my sister Aly. My dad called us up and we each took our mic's. Everyone had their cameras out obviously filming us:) Then the music started.

[Sofia:]
