Chapter 39

-Sofia's P.O.V-
Now we're finally at the venue and I have to say that it was pretty big. We got off the car and two guards led us backstage to our dressing room. We walked inside to be met by Eve and stylists, I gave them all a quick hug and then plopped down on the sofa next to Eve.
-So where's Em? I asked.
-She's with the 5sos guys next door. She answered.
-Oh! So since when did you guys get here? I asked her.
-Umm, about ten minutes ago. She said.
-Oh right, you guys live quite close. I said.
She just nodded in response, I got up from the sofa and went towards Emily who was playing with Joe on the floor.
-Emily, do you wanna go and visit uncle Luke and Anti Em? I asked sitting down next to her.
-Ok! But can Joe come to? She asked.
-Of course! I said getting up.
I took Joe's and Emily's hand and walked to the dressing room where 5sos was. Seconds later I found the door and let Emily and Joe knock on their door. I heard footsteps behind the door and soon it was opened by Michael, a big smile grew on his face as soon as he saw us and I smiled back.
-Hey Sof! It's so good to see you! He said hugging me.
-It's great to see you too Mikey! I said hugging him back.
He stepped aside so that I could walk in, I did so and soon I was attacked by hugs. I just laughed to myself and hugged them all back, we were all having a group hug. It's been a while since I've last seen them, I really missed hanging out with them.
-Hey Em! I said, my voice coming out quite muffled.
-Hey Sof! She said in between laughs.
-It's so good to see you! Said Calum once we broke off the group hug.
-Yeah, it's been a while. I said while sitting down on the sofa next to Em.
-About three months. Said Ashton.
-Yeah, way to much time. I nodded.
-Yep! So how have you been? Asked Calum, changing the subject.
-I've been great! But a bit busy y'know, with school and all that. I answered.
-Wait Sof, you dyed your hair like me! Michael exclaimed all of a sudden.
-Wait what? I said looking at him.
And yes, that was true. His hair was pink and mine was too.
-YEAH! We said at the same time, bro fisting.
Everyone just laughed at it and we laughed along, I really do miss hanging out with them. I sat back down on the sofa and talked with Em and the guys for a while until it was time to rehearse.
-Bye guys! Gotta rehearse now. I told them.
-Aww, don't leave! Begged Luke.
-Sorry guys, but I HAVE to go. Emily, Joe c'mon! I said opening the door.
We hugged the guys goodbye and walked towards the stage, Emily and Joe stayed in the dressing room. I walked up on stage to see that Kajsa was already there waiting for me. The rest of our band was already there too, so i was the last one here... oops!
-Sorry to keep you waiting guys. I said walking to the front of the stage.
-No probs! Said our drummer Kate.
-Alright! so lets start practicing! exclaimed our bassist Jack.
I fixed the mic stand and soon Kate started counting down and we started practicing.
(30 minutes later)
So we finally finished practicing the two songs that we'll be performing for the show and now it's 5sos' turn to practice... and guess who's performing too? One Direction, I mean it's gonna be great to see them but... you know... Anyways! I walked in to the dressing room and sat down on the sofa, I took out my phone and went in to Instagram. I took a picture of me doing a weird face and a peace sign, I typed 'So excited for tonight! can't wait to see all the Girlers out there:) #nofilter #boredinthedressingroom'. I posted it and put it away, I had nothing to do so I walked to the side of the stage to watch 5sos practice. They are pretty good and have done a lot of success, I'm VERY proud of them. Emily came and stood next to me, she tugged on my pants signaling me that she wanted me to carry her. I picked her up and we both continued to watch the rest of the guys practice. Once the guys were done practicing, I heard claps which were followed by cheers. Uh oh...
-Please don't recognize me, please don't recognize me. I silently whispered.
-Oh hey Sof! Niall exclaimed. Shiznuts.
My body tensed up as I turned around to see Niall, Liam, Louis and.... Harry. I let go of Emily and told her to go to the dressing room. She did as she was told and left.
-H-hi. I stammered nervously.
-So how are ya? Excited for tonight? He asked.
-I-I'm great thanks and yeah, I'm very excited. I tried smiling.
Harry was still starring at me, but once I caught him he looked away with a... sad look? Why is he sad? He has no reason to be sad, he doesn't know what he put me through when we broke up. At that moment, the 5sos guys came down. Thank goodness! I thought.
-Hey Sofi, so what do you think? Asked Luke.
-You guys are great! I'm really proud of you guys. I told them hugging each of them.
-Look! Me and Sofia are twins! Michael exclaimed, hugging me by the side.
Luke, Calum and Ashton just face palmed their selves while the guys just had confused faces. They seriously didn't notice the similarity, I just mentally face palmed myself.
-The hair! I exclaimed, pointing at our pink hair.
-Ooh! Liam gasped.
-When did you dye it? Asked Louis.
-Ummm, a day after my birthday this year. I told them.
-Come closer Sof. Said Liam who was standing next to Harry, waving me to come closer to him.
I slowly walked towards him, getting more nervous for every step I took. Don't ask why, but I just got nervous... I stood in front of him, he was studying my face. His eyes got wide when they landed on my lip ring.
-You have a piercing? He asked loudly.
-Yep! I have a nose piercing as well and ear piercing too. I said showing them my piercings.
Their faces were priceless(except for Niall's), I just had to hold in my laughter. But it was so funny that I started laughing out loud, the guys were clearly confused at what I was laughing.
-What are you laughing about? Asked Liam.
-I'm laughing at you guys! Your faces were just priceless! I said in between laughter.
-What! You got a bunch of piercings! Louis pointed out.
-And you guys a bunch of tattoos. I pointed out.
Louis opened his mouth as if he was going to say something, but then he closed it. I continued laughing until I finally calmed down, the guys were still starring at me as if they wanted me to say something. I just stood there and thought of what i should say until Liam beat me to it.
-So anything new in your life? He asked.
-Ummm, no not really. I said.
-Nothing? He asked again.
-Well, I started my fourth year in college a few months ago. I answered.
-Really? Lots of work? Asked Louis.
-Um yeah, lots of studying and stuff. I nodded.
-Any relationships? Asked Harry, with a hint of sadness in his voice?
-Actually, No! I've been single for about two years. I said, trying to hide my anger.
I mean, seriously why would he be sad? He was the one who left me two years ago, if he really did love me then he would've stayed. A bunch of thoughts came rushing through my mind, I felt something grow in my throat. I quickly excused myself and ran back to the dressing room, I quickly closed the door and slid down to the floor. I brought my legs up to my chest and let the tears fall down.

Now it's time to get ready for the show, I grabbed the clothes that were set out and walked in to a changing room. It was a blue shirt and blue jeans, with a pair of white sneakers(I think that's what they're called) and a blue SnapBack cap. I also had a blue bracelet to go with the outfit. I walked out and sat down by the desk next to Kajsa. Soon our makeup artists Ben and Katherine got started with our looks. Ben put a little bit of foundation and concealer on, different shades of blue eye shadow, eyeliner, fake eye lashes and some lip gloss. Once I was done, our hair stylist curled the ends of my hair.
-All done, Sofia! C'mon Kajsa, it's your turn now! Said our hair stylist Olivia, once she was done with me.
As soon as she was done with Kajsa, it was 10 minutes until we had to go up on stage. So we walked up backstage and did vocal warm up, once we were done we all gathered up in a circle. We all(the band as well) put our hands in the middle and sang a part of Move, we did a group hug and at that moment the host walked up on stage and introduced us. The lights dimmed and that was our cue to walk on stage, we did so quietly. Once we were in our positions at the middle of the stage, our guitarist Jacklin started the music.
