Chapter 40

-Kajsa's P.O.V-
(2 months later)
My alarm went off at 6:30am, waking me up from my beauty sleep. Today we're going to Australia! I thought to myself in excitement, I turned it off and made my bed. I walked downstairs to the kitchen and prepared breakfast for me and Sofia. You guys are probably wondering what happened to Sofia's dad, well he moved back to Argentina since Harry is back in Sofia's life and they've been taking turns on taking care of Emily. Once everything was set, Sofia came downstairs with a tired face.
-Good morning! I said casually.
-Morning Kajsa. She answered tiredly.
We both sat down at the table and ate breakfast, letting our children sleep a bit longer. Once we were done, we put away our breakfast and started making breakfast for Emily and Joe. Once I was finished, I walked upstairs to their bedroom. Before waking them up, I took out the outfit that Joe would be wearing today. Which was a pair of sweatpants, a sleeveless tank top and a hoodie. I put them all on his bed and shook his shoulder lightly. His eyes fluttered open slowly and once he realized what day it was, his eyes shot open.
-Good morning Joe. I said kissing his forehead.
-Good morning mommy! He said hugging me.
-Are you hungry? I asked him.
He nodded in response and we walked down to the kitchen, I put him on a chair and gave him his breakfast. Once he started eating, I went to my bathroom and took a quick shower. I turned off the shower and dried myself up, I walked to my bedroom and put on a hoodie, a pair of leggings and glasses. I grabbed my bag and phone and walked downstairs, to see Joe finishing his breakfast. I put my thing in the hall way and took Joe to his bathroom, I brushed his teeth and fixed his hair. We went in to his bedroom and I helped hi get changed, once we were done I walked back down to the kitchen and filled up a water bottle for him. As I was about to walk out of the kitchen, there was a knock at the door.
-I'll get it! Shouted Sofia.
She opened the door and there stood Harry, he gave her a smile in which she returned. Did I tell you that they are friends now? Guess not, they've been spending more time together with Emily these past few weeks. I'm really happy that they're working things out now. Joe and Emily were already in the hallway, I walked towards Joe and put on his black converse. I put on my white Adidas shoes, I grabbed my bag and Joe's bag. I put his water bottle in his bag and grabbed my phone, wallet and keys and put them in my bag. I grabbed Joe's hand and walked outside, I walked towards Sofia's car. Luckily Sofia put Joe's seat in her car yesterday, I put him on his seat and buckled him up. Just as I was about to go back to the house to get our luggage bags, Niall and Harry came out with them. I opened the trunk and they put them in, I said hi to Niall and gave him a quick peck on the lips. I took shotgun and put me and Joe's bags by my feet, I quickly put on my seatbelt and soon Sofia came in and started the engine. Seconds later we were off to the airport.

-Sofia's P.O.V-
I woke up at exactly 7am, too excited to go back to sleep but still tired. I got up and made quickly made my bed, I walked downstairs to the kitchen and saw that Kajsa was already awake.
-Good morning! She said as usual.
-Morning Kajsa. I answered quite tiredly.
We sat down together and ate breakfast, wanting to let the kids sleep a bit longer. Once I was done, I put away my dishes and made breakfast for Emily. When it was done, I walked upstairs and in to her bedroom to see that she was already awake. With a confused expression on my face i walked towards her.
-Hey Emily! What are you doing awake? I asked, bending down to her hight.
-I couldn't sleep, mommy. She answered.
-Ok, are you hungry? I asked.
-Yes. She said, nodding quickly.
-Alright, breakfast is ready so you can go and eat. I said taking her hand.
We walked back downstairs and I put her on a chair, I gave her her breakfast and walked to my bathroom and took a quick shower. I turned off the water and dried myself up, I walked in to my bedroom and put on a black dress and a cardigan. I quickly applied some mascara and lipgloss and put them in my bag, I took my phone and put it in my bag as well. I put on a few rings and walked downstairs to see Emily finishing up, I quickly put my things in the hallway and cleaned up the table. I carried Emily upstairs to her bathroom and brushed her teeth and hair, we walked in to her bedroom and I took off her pajamas. She put on her panda onesie and walked downstairs with her bag and luggage bag, as I walked downstairs there was a knock at the door.
-I'll get it! I shouted.
I opened the door and there stood Harry, he gave me a smile in which I returned. I stepped aside so that he could come inside, he came in and at that moment Emily came and hugged him tightly.
-Hey Emily! How are you love? He asked her.
-I'm good, I missed you. She said.
-I missed you too. He said.
I smiled at them, they looked so cute! I'm glad that Emily finally has her father in her life, we've been spending quite a lot of time together just me, him and Emily. Just as I was about to grab my luggage bag, Harry beat me to it.
-I'll take that! He said taking it and Emily's luggage bag as well.
-No, Harry! It's ok, I can take it. I said trying to take it.
-A a a! I insist. He said, showing me his smile.
JEZ, that smile! Just gets me weak in the knees, I stayed silent for a bit and I eventually gave in. Niall also came in and grabbed Kajsa's and Joe's luggage bag, as they went out I put on my black converse and grabbed grabbed two cokes. I grabbed my bag, home keys and car keys and walked out with Emily. I locked the door and went to my car, I put Emily on her seat and buckled her up. I jogged to the drivers seat and put my bag in the middle, I put on my seatbelt and started the engine. Soon enough, we're finally off to the airport.

-Harry's P.O.V-
We arrived at Sofia's home, I climbed out of the car while the rest stayed in the car. I walked up to the door and knocked on it, I heard someone shout 'I'll get it!'. Already knowing who it was, Sofia opened the door and I gave her a smile which she returned. That smile though, I love it when she smiles it makes me happy I guess. She stepped aside so that I could get in, once I stepped inside Emily came and hugged my leg.
-Hey Emily! How are you love? I asked hugging her back.
-I'm good, I missed you. She answered.
-I missed you too. I said.
Sofia was just standing there, looking at us with a smile on her face. I guess she's happy seeing us together, I'm glad that I'm able to see my daughter after missing 2 years of her life. I let go of Emily and grabbed her luggage bag, as Sofia was about to take hers I beat her to it.
-I'll take that! I said taking her luggage bag.
-No, Harry! It's ok, I can take it. She said, trying to take it from my hands
-A a a! I insist. I said, giving her another smile.
She just stood there and looked at me, she eventually gave in so I took their luggage bags to Sofia's trunk. Kajsa opened it and I put them in, I closed the trunk once everything was in place and walked to the car were Liam, Louis and their girlfriends were waiting for us. I put on my seatbelt and we were off to the airport.
(At the airport)
I got out of the car, I opened the trunk and grabbed my bags and walked in to the airport where the girls were waiting for us. Since this is a private airport, there were no paps here. We walked towards the check-in and waited in line. Once we all checked in, we did security check and walked out towards the car that would be taking us to the private jet. Once we got there, I got off the car and once again grabbed my bags from the trunk. We waited for the ramp to come down, once it was down we all took turns on getting inside the jet. I put away my luggage bag and sat down on a chair in front of Sofia, Emily and Joe were sitting next to us sound asleep. A few minutes later, the jet started moving and moments later we were on the air on our way to Australia.

-Niall's P.O.V-
We're FINALLY at the airport! I've been really excited to to go to Australia for two weeks, these past few days. I put on my sunglasses and got out of the car, I grabbed my bags and walked in to the airport with Kajsa and Joe. We waited in line at the check-in and once we were all done, we did security check and walked outside to the car that would be taking us to the jet. Once we got to the jet, I got out of the car and AGAIN got my bags from the trunk. As soon as the ramp was down, I got on. Kajsa and Joe following behind. I put away my bags, I sat down on a seat next to Kajsa. Louis and Eleanor were in front of us, Harry, Sofia, Emily and Joe were behind us and Liam and Sophie were behind Louis and Eleanor. A few minutes later the jet started moving and soon enough we departed, starting our journey to Australia.
(Next day)
We have finally arrived in Australia, it's about 9am in the morning and everyone is awake except the kids. I grabbed all my bags and carried Joe, trying no to wake him up. Kajsa grabbed his and her things and I walked out, Kajsa following behind. I put my bags in the trunk of the car and got in, once we were out of the airport I got out and grabbed my stuff again. Kajsa took Joe and went to a car with the girls, I walked to another one with the guys. I put my things in the trunk and got inside, I can't wait to see the house that we'll be staying in! 30 minutes later we arrived at the house, it was actually a beach house and it was HUGE. Liam unlocked the door and we all went inside, it was VERY beautiful. I just looked at the house in awe, we all picked out a room where we'd be staying in. It was Liam and Sophie, Louis and Eleanor, me and Kajsa, Emily and Joe and Harry and Sofia in separate rooms. Each room had one bathroom and a queen sized bed, it also had one drawer. Before we did anything, we all unpacked our clothes. Joe and Emily were now awake and are running around the house, exploring every single corner. Us adults just sat in the living room talking, I looked down at Kajsa that wasabi cuddled up on my chest. She was busy looking somewhere else, I looked at where she was looking at and saw that she was looking towards Sofia and Harry who were cuddled up too. It was as if they were back together, but they're not.
-She still likes him. I heard Kajsa whisper.
-Yeah, I can tell. I whispered back.
We stayed silent for the rest of the time, just enjoying right now. The kids have calmed down and Joe is sitting with us and Emily with Sofia and Harry. For the rest of the day, we watched Disney movies that Emily and Joe chose.
