My head is throbbing. Can't see. The ringing in my ears is unbearable. What happened? I can't remember. Did I go unconscious, or am I dead? No, I can feel the terrible pain flooding back into my head. It hurts, so much. But what caused it? Wait, I hear... voices? Shouting. Or more, cheering? My name, and someone else's. But it all blends together. SLAM. Horrible pain shoots through my body as my back crashes against concrete. I fall to the ground as the ringing in my ears only increase. Everything hurts, so much.. I don't know how many bones are cracked, or broken at this point. Or how much blood I've lost. I can feel it dripping off my body, and my mouth. Tastes of iron. I spat it out, just to take a sharp painful breath. My lungs burn as oxygen enters them, like it's only poison. My insides cry in pain for it to end, but I can't give it what it wants. Not while HE'S watching. My vision slowly comes back to me as a spot light above blinds me for a second. But it was long enough. For someone to grabbed and constrict my throat. Out of natural reflex, I grabbed the arms of whoever is holding me. Trying to just get a gasp of air. They don't let up much, but I was able to get a few short breaths in. I tried opening my eyes, and I see my opponent. He had the body of a man, but also a bull. His body build was also bigger then mine. Taller and more buff. I could easily take him, but I'm so tired... I haven't gotten I full days rest since.. I can't remember when. A fight ends, another begins. I thought I could keep this up. Just pick them off one by one. But I, can't... my body is giving out from under me when I need it to go on. And I think that's what HE wants. This is all a game. A sick game, and HE'S winning. I loose my train of thought as the bull-headed man lets one of his hands go from my throat and knocks me in the side of the head with a fist. I cry out in pain, and anger. Unable to see for a moment. And the crowd screams and cheers in excitement. Yelling the other opponent's name. I then, with as much strength as I can give, bare my claws deep into his skin of the arm that's still holding my throat. He himself shouts in pain, and I feel the constriction on my throat let go. He backs away from me and screams at his arm in anger as blood drips from it. I, fall to the ground, desperately gasping for air and clenching my throat. I can't stand, my legs won't follow behind me. So I claw at the ground to try and get as far away from my opponent. The crowed then chants, "KILL HIM! KILL HIM!" Over and over again, and I know who they mean. Me. The bull-headed man huffs out of his nostrils with a grin, and he looks to me with blood red eyes. And I already know what his intentions are. So I try and lift my wings if my legs won't work. They're so heavy.. I don't even get one flap down before I screech in pain, as he had grabbed my wing "Ha! No you don't! You're not going anywhere!" He laughed at my effort. And I immediately gave in. I couldn't possibly lift him, along with my own wings. Not with little strength I have left. "Stupid things! Your flying has been nothing but trouble this inter round! Perhaps it's time to clip them, eh?!" He leaned down to me and shouted in my ear. I only flinched my eye by his loud voice, unable to do anything else. I'm so tired.. I can't.. Then all of a sudden I screamed out from agonizing pain. He pinned my back down to the ground with his hoof, and he pulled back on my wings with his hands. I heard a snap, and he easily desolated them. I grunted and huffed in agony as pain inflamed in my back. I couldn't possibly move. I was so numb, besides the pain that swept over my body. Never ceasing. My wings fell limp at my sides with a thud on the ground as he let them go. He backed away and spread his arms, showing himself off as the crowd roared up in cheers. Calling his name, and to end it. He walked slowly around the arena and me. Like he was showing off his prize he was about to kill, I slowly looked up at HIM from the ground. He stared down at me from his stupid rock of rubble. His one arm behind his back, and the other holding his cane out in front of him. He looked down at me, the shadow of his top hat hiding most of his face. But not that grin. That horrifying grin, one that looked like the Cheshire Cat. Staring down at me with such amusement. This really was all a game to him, and he enjoyed it. Well no more. I'm done giving him what he wants... A show. I looked back down at my opponent, and he finally finished circling around me to rile up the crowd. He got down on all fours and pawed at the ground, horns pointed straight towards me. I stared back at him with empty eyes, I couldn't even try to get away even if I wanted to. I know what's coming, so why not just embrace it? "Game over, pretty boy~" he huffed though his nostrils before he charged at me. Next thing before I know it, his horns are deep in my side, and I was thrown across the arena like at dead body. And crowed roared up in excitement. The air knocked out of me as I hit the ground with a loud thud. I couldn't even yell to the pain. It was to much to even do that.. so I lay there, motionless. He sounded like he was gonna getting ready to charge again, to finally finish me off, but the battle ring bonged. Ending the round. My opponent yelled out in anger and shouted something at the crowd. Furious he couldn't end me right then. But I couldn't hear him anymore. Or the crowd cheering or booing. It was all muffled now, and the ringing slowly came back. My vision then slowly left me, as the last thing I saw was HIM. Staring down at me, with that same sickening grin. I'm done... done with this, HIS game. There's no point. This is what he clearly wanted anyways... so why not let him win? I'm so tired... Lily... my dear Lily, I'm sorry... But there's no reason to go on anymore. I want it to end. This hell to end. The pain... it hurts so much. I can't bare it anymore... I'm done. Lily, if you ever could hear this, I hope you ended up in a better place then I...
