I was slightly worried about my son getting hurt on this trip mostly because I didn't want him involved. However, that changed when he had gotten a vision that was strong enough to make him lean on his knees. At first, I wanted him to stay out of it but that didn't seem like it was going to happen. Ezra begged me to go and now here we were, solving a case as a family. I hoped my brother was having better luck than I was. Though when me and Shela saw the newspaper, we noticed the one key evidence that could tie this entire case together. I worried it was a case that I had been on years ago. Sam had been pissed at me for killing someone he cared about.

I had killed the woman when I turned around and saw a young boy about ten years old glaring at me. He had this look of fear mixed with anger and I wasn't sure how to react. "Do you have a family?" I had asked. The boy nodded his head as he walked over to his mother, I turned and as I was getting ready to leave the boy cleared his throat making me turn back to him.

"You will regret this," he said. "I will come back and avenge my mother's death," the boy continued. "You have made it on my hate list." I snapped out of my thoughts to my wife clearing her throat. She looked at me with a concerned expression on her face. I smiled briefly since I didn't like that she worried about me.

"Honey? Are you okay?" she questioned.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I say plainly. I didn't want Shela to know what I had done years ago, now that this creature was back, it was now or never. I sniffed briefly and walked inside with the rest of my family. When I saw the young girl, I had noticed that they were red and puffy from all the crying she had been doing.

"What's her name?" Shela asked.

"Her name is Leslie, she was the one who found the body," the officer responded.

"Thank you officer," I said as the officer nodded and walked away. Going through the normal routine, my wife and I held up our fake badges as Ezra followed. "Leslie, we're with the FBI, and we'd like to ask you a few questions."

"Why is the FBI so interested with this?" questioned Leslie. "You think there is some sort of serial killer on the loose?"

"We don't know ma'am," Ezra said. "But we can't eliminate all the possibilities." Seeing my son actually know what he was doing made me smile briefly as the three of us took a seat on the couch directly across from the young girl.

"First, what is your relationship with the victim?" Shela asked.

"He was my father," Leslie responded. "We spent time together and now it's hard to imagine what life was like without my dad," Leslie continued. "But when I found my father dead, I didn't know what to think."

"Did your dad have any enemies?" I asked. Leslie looked at me with a confused expression on her face, her brown eyes had been full of confusion.

"Enemies?" Leslie asked. "No, I don't think so he had been kind to everyone."

"What about strange scents?" Shela questioned. "Had he been acting weird days before his death?" Shela had been trying to narrow down the attack, we continued the questioning until we got rid of all the possibilities.

"Thank you for your time ma'am," I said, "We best be off now."

"Please officers," Leslie begged. "If you can, find out who did this to my dad, please."

"Don't worry sweetie we will." responded Shela. We walked out of the house and made our way back to my impala. Ezra climbed into the backseat as Shela, and I got up front.

"So, it's not a demon, or a werewolf." Ezra said.

"We'll talk about this later first we need to get something to eat." Shela suggested. I was about to say something when my stomach growled. In all honesty, my wife had made a good point. Starting the car, I drove to the nearest restaurant, we had stopped at a restaurant called Tonopah Brewing Company. My stomach growled loudly as Shela, and Ezra laughed at me.

"What? Don't laugh," I complained. "We haven't eaten since this morning."

"Yeah that explains the growling." Shela said. I glared at my wife who just shrugged her shoulders and climbed out. Ezra looked over at the restaurant and sighed once I put the car in park we climbed out and made our way inside. The minute we stepped inside; we saw it was small but quaint. My family and I approached the counter where we ordered our food and took a seat in the restaurant. Shela had been busy going through something on her phone hoping to figure out what else we were dealing with. Though, I already knew what was happening I just didn't know how they would react or if they would leave me. That had always been my problem as I spent years taking care of my brother and I felt I wasn't ready to become a father, but something changed the night that Shela had conceived Ezra. I knew it dealt with the angels but there was something more.

"Dean." Shela said snapping me from my thoughts.

"What?" I said plainly. "Did you find anything?"

"I was only looking for a place to stay." Shela responded. There weren't many places to stay in this small town except for the small motel that we saw upon entering.

"There's only one place to stay," I answered. "I saw it when we entered the town."

"Dad," Ezra said. "Please tell me you don't mean that motel with the creepy-ass cemetery."

"No!" Shela said instantly. "Forget it Dean, we are not staying at that motel."

"What's wrong with that motel?" I questioned.

"Well, first," Shela said as she explained the different reasons behind the motel. "It's right next to a damn cemetery," she continued. "Second, that place is full of haunted clowns!"

"I know the clowns may be haunted sweetheart," I start. "But we know how to deal with ghosts."

"Do we have to stay in that motel?" Ezra asked. He looked at me with pleading eyes but that didn't faze me, I wasn't about to drive further out of town. Especially close to the case, whatever was out there was going to keep dropping bodies and I wasn't about to let another innocent life die at my hands.

"Yes we do, I'm not driving further out away from this case," I say. "Now how about we finish eating and then we can get checked into the motel."

"Wait," Shela said as I took a bite from my sandwich. "Don't tell me you already paid for the room," I sighed and shook my head.

"Nope, we're going there right after we eat," I continued. "I planned to pay up front."
