"i love you, momma!" i grinned as she carried me on her back.

"i love you too, princess." she chuckled.

we were currently out of school for the week; something about having to do some important renovations to the school or something. i don't know, all i could focus on was the fact that we didn't have school for a week.

since we were out of school, momma and mami had taken us to one of our vacation homes on the beach for the week.

me, momma, and jackson were walking along the private beach area, while everybody else was swimming.

"i still can't believe you let her bring her stupid lil' boyfriend." jackson rolled his eyes.

"it was only fair; i let you bring skyler, ximena, and aurora," momma told him. "and i let leo bring elijah and ezekiel."

"okay, but eli and aurora are family," he pointed out. "therefore they don't count for this argument."

"yeah they do." momma shoved him.

"whatever." jackson sighed as we started heading back over to everybody.

"remember though; me and your mami are keeping an eye on you and miles. i still don't trust him." momma told me sternly.

"you just don't like him cause he's a boy."

"exactly, i'm glad you understand that." she grinned.

i rolled my eyes as i hopped off her back. "you're heterophobic." i joked.

"didn't you say you were pansexual?" momma raised a brow.

"yeah, but you're still heteophobic." i shrugged.

"well, yeah. hetero's are nasty."

"need i remind you that your best friend is a hetero?" jackson chuckled, referring to matthew.

"yeah, but he doesn't count. he's cool."

"and fine." i added.

"damn, you little whore; you just think everybody is fine, huh?" jackson teased.

"'cause they are." i shrugged again.

i skipped along the beach to where miles was laying on a towel under a beach umbrella. he had an arm resting over his eyes.
