Dear (Y/N), Hey, hope your doing well. I'm not entirely sure if you want to talk about this with me however I couldn't help but overhear you talking your self down and if I'm being honest it wasn't easy not to speak up right there however I thought you might be more comfortable if I wrote to you saves any awkward conversation.
I'm pretty sure you already know this but I'm not the skinniest person around and like you once I used to hate it and constantly put myself down trying all sorts of crazy things to be skinny but I realised that I'm great the way I am and so are you, what wrong with being bigger than everyone else, it just proves how unique we are.
If your okay with it we should get together and eat like a lot I have alot of chocolate stored for saved for a special occasion if your interested, we can talk about whatever you want it doesn't have to be about your insecurities I understand they can be hard to talk about and smoke together.
