"Bye, guys!" Leighton waved to Calum and Harry, as she started to drive away. It was 7 p.m, and they have to go home for dinner.

"So, how's Mom?" Scott asked, after 4 minutes of silence.

"She's still Mom." Leighton shrugged, and a chuckle escaped Scott's mouth.

"And, how's Madison? Did you hear anything from her after I've gone?" Scott asked slowly.

Leighton sighed, "She stopped by today, to say hello to you." From the corner of her eyes, Leighton could see Scott's smiling.

"Let it go, Scott." Leighton asked, and Scott's smile vanished. "You're right," Scott admitted.

"I just don't want you to get hurt." Leighton breathed out, keeping her eyes on the road.

Scott just nodded. "Anything you want to argue?" Leighton asked, knowing there's something bothering her brother with her words.

"It's just.. She made me happy," Scott covered his face with the palm of his hands.

"She's not worth it." Leighton said in a matter of fact.

Minutes later, they arrived at their house. "You ready?" Leighton asked.

"Would it change anything if I say I'm not?" Scott said, and Leighton chuckled. A Range Rover is already parked, which means their Dad is already home.

Leighton opened the front door, which wasn't locked. Scott took a look around their house, he hasn't seen it since a year and a half ago.

"Mr. Scott!" Dorotha said excitedly, and opened her arms to hug Scott. Scott did the same thing.

After 10 seconds, they pulled away. "Nice to see you again, Dorotha." Scott said with a smile, which Dorotha replied.

"Come, Mr and Mrs. Summers are already waiting." Dorotha said, and lead them to the dining room.

"Scott." Laura said, smiling widely. No one really knew if that is a fake smile or not.

"Hi, Mom." Scott smiled back, Laura got up from her seat and hugged Scott.

"I really missed you." Laura caressed Scott's cheek after they pulled away.

"Me too," Scott said, knowing that she didn't mean it based on how she never visited him. "Dad." Scott turned his head to his Dad, who's currently sitting.

Alex, their Dad, stood up and patted Scott's shoulder. "Nice to have you back, pal."

Scott smiled in return. He knew it was all fake. They didn't even visited him, not even once. All they did was sending letter, saying they were busy. Even Dorotha visited him twice.

"C'mon, the food's getting cold." Laura said and gestured them to sit. They will eat in Dining Room I, the private one. It's only for their small family. If there's a guest, they will eat in Dining Room II, which is across Dining Room I. What a friggin rich family.

There's only four seat, so Laura sat beside Leighton, Scott sat across Leighton and beside his Dad. That's how they used to eat dinner, if their parents had time.

As they began eating, Alex asked Leighton a question. "How's your boyfriend, Luke, Leigh?"

"I've told you, we broke up." Leighton said casually, and Alex raised his eyebrows.

"Such a shame. He was smart and polite." Alex said, Laura nodded in agreement. Luke had dinner with Leighton's parents twice, and they loved him.

"You know, the other day I hung out with his mother, Liz, and she told me that she really wanted you and him to get back together. And so do I." Laura said.
