NB!Haruhi Fujioka X Reader (Ouran High School Host Club){Fake Date Leads To...}

Alright so I was looking over prompt lists and I came across an AU list (nerds-are-cool on tumblr).  And so I am going to be doing a few of those prompts but I'm going to be putting my own spin on them.

Basically I put the prompt before the interaction but I didn't exactly follow it. That way you, the person reading, sort of know what's going on but not really. And totally not because I forgot what the actual prompt said and didn't go with "the gist of it". 

Back tracking now, when I asked you guys who your favorite anime characters are (cause, like, rn all I have are males and I like that variety you know?) Another person and I both agree that Haruhi is non-binary even though it's not cannon. So I decided to write something about them cause why not.

Summary: Today I will present to you two fake dating interactions and one that shows what fake dating leads to. Tomorrow? Who knows.

1. There's a person who won't stop bugging me will you pretend to be my partner so that they'll fuck off?

"Haruhi-kun!" A girl calls, running down the grand hall way of Ouran Academy. "Please wait!"

They turn around and see the girl who is calling after them. "Yes?" They force a smile in attempts to hid their frustration.

"Would you like to grab something to eat with my friends and I after school?" The girl smiled sweetly. 

"I'm sorry I really need to study for an upcoming test. Thank you for the offer though." Haruhi responses hoping that was the last time this girl bothered them.

She had been trying to hang out with Haruhi outside of the Host Club for about two months now. Haruhi is too nice to tell her to go away. The Host Club boys are currently trying to think of a solution to keep her away without losing a patron. Kyoya and Renge have tried many tactics but nothing has worked so far.

The girl was a little bit obsessed with Haruhi. Which is why they actively avoiding seeing her outside of the club. 

They would often vent to their friend and classmate (Y/n) about it the matter. It just so happened that their friend was passing by and saw what has happening. Of course (Y/n) saw the books Haruhi was carrying and knew they were going to go study. Meaning this girl was wasting their precious studying time since they are usually very busy.

"Haruhi!" (Y/n) called, waving at them. "There you are! Ready to hit the books?"

They smile at their friend, their saving grace, "yeah sorry." Haruhi waves goodbye to the girl, "see you."

Once the two where out of sight, "thank you for saving me back there." 

(Y/n) smiles back at them sweetly, "no problem. If you don't mind me asking, is that they girl you're always telling me about?"

Haruhi nods, "she just doesn't take the hint..."

Sure enough two weeks passed and that girl waited out in the hallway for Haruhi to finish up with the club. They were the second to laster person leaving the club room, Kyoya was just about to walk out.

"Haruhi-kun!" She calls, standing right outside the door. "How about we grab a bite to eat? You're all finished with Host Club today right?"

"Yes-"

"And I already checked with another person in your class, you don't have any upcoming assignments or tests."

Haruhi was quickly trying to come up with a plan to make this girl leave. They had already made plans with (Y/n) go to grocery shopping after the club was over. (Y/n) agreed to go with them, since Haruhi asked.
