Aileen pulled her long smokey blonde hair back into a high ponytail as they reached the compound. It was off sight of any known SHIELD base. This was strictly HYDRA and honestly Aileen had no idea where she was. She had never been here before and for good reason, only a trusted few knew about the secret base.

Rumlow walked the woman down a set of stairs and an elevator and down a long hallway. "What mission is he currently active in?" Aileen asked as she walked next to Rumlow.

"You will be briefed on more later." Brock said. Aileen frowned, she felt as though she was being set up for failure. Brock Rumlow didn't tell her anything because he knew she wouldn't survive the first few hours with the Super Soldier.

They reached the end of the hallway. There was a set of large metal doors with a keypad off to the side. She watched Rumlow put in the number '56898'. The metal doors slid open. There wasn't much to the room. Aileen scanned the room until her eyes suddenly landed on him. He was tall, lean, and muscular. He had long brown hair that covered most of his face, but most of all he had a metal arm with a red star on it. He looked intimidating to say the least, it was not how she imagined him to look at all, no this Winter Soldier was much worse.

He was strapped into a chair. His head was put into some sort of device. When they turned it on, she instantly cringed. It shocked him in the worst imaginable. Rumlow saw the look on her face. "He's not something to get attached to. He's a weapon. He kills for HYDRA that's it." He said it so cold heartedly it sent a shiver up Aileen's spine. She just nodded though. She had grown up with HYDRA seen what they were, at least she thought she had. This went against every belief she had. This man was being hurt, tortured, and forced to do things he might not even want to do. Or maybe he was just as heartless as the rest of them.

"You will give him his missions. You will run tests. You will make sure his wounds are tended to, if he has any. You will be his handler." Rumlow said. "This is your first assignment." He said as he handed her a different file. "He only speaks Russian." Rumlow said. There were a couple of other people in the room mostly scientists and doctors. She paid no mind to them as she walked over to the man strapped into the chair. She sat close to him as she flipped through the file. She almost dropped it when she saw what the objective was; kill Nick Fury. She understood in this moment that she had only ever scratched the surface with HYDRA. This was all new. But what could she do? They would certainly kill her if she went against orders.

"You may leave us." She said to the scientist and doctors that surrounded him. They all listened to her and walked out of the room. He was now untied from the chair, but still sat in it, staring off into space, waiting for orders.

"У тебя есть имя?" (Do you have a name?) Aileen asked in Russian. She wanted so badly to humanize this man, not call him an asset or a weapon.

"нет." (No) He responded, like he had always known the answer to that question. "Следующая миссия?" (Next mission?) He questioned like a robot. Aileen stared at this man, he had to have some kind of personality under all of his hard exterior. She gave him his next mission and after she was finished he got up like an obedient dog and went to fulfill his mission.
