💞Physical💞

-Shane would definitely be more physical guy
-I don't mean like the nasty physical
-Like, he wants to give you kisses and hug you whenever he can
-Shane probably wouldn't be very good with words
-He struggles to say "I love you" but he tries
-Especially since he's chubby, he's probably extra comfy
-His favorite thing to do lay his head on your chest
-Whether you have anything there or not, he can hear your heartbeat
-It's comforting for him to know that you're there for him, and that the heart that loves him is beatin' away

     🍯  When you met Shane about a year ago you didn't really expect to be in the position with him. Considering he originally tried his hardest to ignore you, throwing rude comments your way and scoffing at the littlest things; though over the months he found himself comforted by how determined you were to stay with him. It was pretty heartwarming. Though once you met his chickens the rest was history, it was a pretty important day in both of your lives honestly.

Where you found yourself was reading a book Elliot had recommended to you, your bedside lamp on beside you, with Shane resting his head aimlessly against your chest- eyes closed and quietly snoring as you read aloud. He had been like that ever since you got married, wrapping his arms around you randomly and squeezing your hand when you weren't close enough to squeeze. It was sweet of course, you knew he found comfort in the softness you provided in his life; especially after years of struggle.

You were his safe place, your heartbeat was his beacon of hope and your body was the stuffed bear to the toddler that was his mind.🍯
