Zach left early the next morning so he wouldn't wake Beth. He was still reeling over what happened last night with his wife. He couldn't understand how she could be still asleep with the way that she acted last night. He got home late and found Beth, asleep in their bed. He undressed and climbed into the bed with her. Next thing he knew she was rubbing all over him, and took his cock in her hands. Funny, but that sure seemed like she wanted to get busy with him. He never guessed that she would still be half in and half out of sleep and would call Daryl's name. He never had a girl say another guy's name before but then again, he never had sex with a girl who was still half asleep either. Her saying Daryl's name was like a slap in the face. In fact, he thought, that would've been easier to take than her calling out another man's name while they were in the middle of it. Zach thought about the redneck. He wasn't physically around and he still was coming in between him and his wife. Maybe it was time to let her make a choice once and for all. He wasn't going to give up on her, not just yet. He thought that perhaps if she realized that the redneck wasn't what she needed or wanted then he would have a chance. Zach's mind was made up as he drove to the jailhouse. He was going to set this right.
"Let me get this right, you want to drop all the charges against Mr. Dixon?" Rick asked Zach. "Yeah, will that get him out of jail?" Rick just looked at the young kid standing before him wondering what he was up to. "Yes, I'll just have to do some paperwork and then he can be let out. If you don't mind me asking, what made you change your mind?" Zach smiled. "My wife", was his reply. "Let me know if you need anything else from me, Sherriff", Zach said to Rick and left. About an hour later, Rick went to the cell that held Daryl. "Daryl, you're free to go. All the charges were dropped." Daryl just looked at his friend like he had two heads. "What? When did this happen?" "Zach came in and said he wanted to drop all charges against you. So you are free to go and you don't have to worry about going to court either. " Daryl was stunned. He never figured that Zach would let up and do anything for him, especially get the charges dropped. "Did he say why?" Rick looked at Daryl and nodded. "Yeah, said something about his wife wanting him to drop them." Daryl tried to hide a grin. So Beth has a little bit of influence over the boy. Daryl couldn't blame him. He would do just about anything to please that girl too. Rick opened the door and Daryl stepped through. As he was about to leave, Rick caught him by the arm. "Daryl, what happened that night?" Daryl gave Rick a look that said what do you think before speaking. "Beth and I met up at Joe's last week. She and I talked. Said she still had feelings for me and I think you can figure out the rest", he responded. Rick shook his head. "Hope you know what you're doing. You know she's still married. I know I can't tell you what to do but I would advise you, as your friend of course, to stay away from her house if you don't want any more trouble with Zach. Do you want to be with Beth?" Rick asked his friend. "Yes. I should've gotten there in time, Rick. I was so stupid. I didn't know...didn't realize how much I wanted her until after." Daryl stared at the floor. He didn't normally tell people how he felt but this wasn't some stranger...this was Rick, his friend, his brother if not by blood but by bond. Rick patted him on the back. "Just be careful. Good luck with everything. I always knew you and Beth belonged together. Hope it works out for you", he said. "Hmmm", Daryl said and turned and walked down the hall of the prison before a deputy opened the steel bars and let him through. Rick stared after his friend. He hoped that Beth would realize she needed to be with Daryl and would do the right thing and leave Zach.
Beth's phone lit up with a message. Picking it up she was almost afraid to look at it thinking that it was Zach. Instead she saw who it was from and she lit up like a Christmas tree. "Meet me at Dale's Diner in an hour. I need to see you. I love you, Daryl" She was ecstatic! Daryl was out of jail and wanted to see her. She dropped the phone on the kitchen counter and ran into the bedroom to find something to wear. Beth tried on several outfits before settling on an emerald green sweater dress and her cowboy boots. She picked up her purse and keys and headed out the door. She arrived at the diner and saw that Daryl hadn't arrived yet. Stepping to a unoccupied booth, she set her purse and keys down and waited for Daryl. A few minutes later, Daryl arrived and walked in the diner. Beth looked up and his eyes caught hers. A smile spreading across her face. He walked a short distance to where she was sitting. Getting up out of her seat she hugged him. "Oh, I've missed you so much." They embraced for a few seconds and then Daryl let her go and he sat down across from her in the opposite seat. "How did you get out? Did Merle pay your bail?" "No," Daryl said as he looked at his blue eyed angel. "Zach dropped the charges." "He what?" Beth asked in surprise. "Yeah, Rick said he came to the jail this morning and dropped the charges and then I was let go." Beth was perplexed. She was under the impression that Zach would never drop the charges. "Daryl, I'm so sorry about that night." "S'ok, it's not your fault, Daryl continued, "I should've known better to stay at the house with you. We should've stayed somewhere else." Beth looked over at the man that invaded her dreams night after night and took his hand in hers. "Daryl, I want to be with you. I asked Zach for a divorce. He thinks he can win me back. I told him I loved you and I couldn't ever love him like I love you." Daryl was about to say something when the waitress came over to the table. "Hey folks, how ya'll doing today?" Beth responded with a "fine" as Daryl just nodded. "What'll you have?" she asked the couple. Beth and Daryl gave her their order and the waitress took their menus and went off to the kitchen. Beth looked back at Daryl after the waitress had left them alone. "I love you. What are we going to do?" Beth asked. "We can get our own place. I've been wanting to move anyway. Living with Merle is ok but I think I need my own place. You could come live with me." Daryl said more like a question than a statement. "I'd love to live with you, Daryl. Maybe after here we could go look at some places. I've been looking for somewhere else to go." Daryl nodded at her. Their food came and they ate it while they both would glance across the table at each other every other minute. Afterwards, Daryl got up and paid for their food while Beth went over to her car. "Let's go in my truck," Daryl said as he took her hand to guide her over to the truck sitting on the opposite end of the parking lot. Daryl opened the door and helped Beth in. They left the parking lot and headed down the road. "Where to?" he asked her. "Keep driving. I'll let you know where to turn", she said. They drove for a few minutes before Beth pointed to an old dirt road on the left side of the road. "Oh, turn here", she said. Daryl turned the pickup and headed down the road. After driving down the desolate road for a couple minutes Daryl looked over at Beth. "There's nothing down here. Are you sure we're going the right way?" Beth nodded. "Park over here", she said and she pointed to a little clearing in the woods. Daryl gave Beth a questioning look but still did as she asked. Once the truck had stopped, Beth slid over to where Daryl was sitting. Straddling him, she bent her head down to give him a kiss. Daryl took her into his embrace. Her tongue was dancing with his as his hands slid up her thighs underneath her sweater dress . He was hard as a rock as Beth rocked her hips against his; his cock straining against the fabric of his jeans. Daryl broke the kiss and began to kiss Beth down her neck and behind her ears making her suck in her breath. In a few minutes Beth had Daryl's pants unbuttoned and unzipped and his hardness jutted out as she pulled up her dress revealing she wasn't wearing any panties. Daryl smiled at her. "Looks like you had this planned", he said in his raspy voice. Beth just giggled. "I've wanted to be with you like this for a long time." Positioning herself over his cock, she sunk down on him until he bottomed out inside of her. She was about to move when Daryl stopped her. "No, just wait. I want to just be inside you for a minute", he whispered to her. After a minute, he held her by her hips and helped guide her up and down on his hardness. Gripping her backside in his hands, he helped her find her rhythm as she rode him. "Fuck, Beth", he breathed into her neck. "Mmmmmmmm, Daryl.....I'm so close" she whimpered. In a minute Beth shuddered and she convulsed around his hard cock. That was all it took for Daryl as he lost control and shot his cream inside of her. They both stayed in that position for a few minutes until Beth got off of him and slid over to the passenger seat to readjust herself as Daryl did the same. "Ok, so let's really go look at some places", she said with a wink. Daryl gave her one of his lopsided smiles as he started the truck back up.
