Daryl paced back and forth in his cell like a caged tiger. It had been almost a week since he had been arrested and put in the county jail. A week since he had seen his angel with the blue eyes and blonde hair. The first night he was locked up, he put a call into Merle to bail him out. "I can do it little brother but it will be about a week. Ol' Merle's having trouble with money right now." "Just get the money and hurry up. It sucks being in here," Daryl said. "Besides, I helped bail you out a number of times and always managed to get the money in a short time. The least you can do is get me out of here". "I'll see what I can do little brother. If you want out sooner why don't you call blondie to get you out? I'm sure she would do it." Daryl sighed. He didn't want to talk to Beth right now, especially after what had happened. He was waiting for her to make the first move. He even had wondered if she had just said what she said to get him to stay with her because she was lonely. Daryl hoped that she meant every word and hoped that they would be together soon, but as the days went by and he didn't hear from her his mind began replaying everything in his mind and doubt started to set in. He needed to get out. Then maybe she would come to him and this would be resolved once and for all. "Just get the money, Merle." Daryl said annoyed and hung up the phone. That was 6 days ago and still no word from his brother or Beth. If something didn't happen soon, Daryl was going to contact Tyrese to see if he could borrow money for bail. Until then, he sat down on the cold mattress of his bunk. All he could think about was Beth. The way that her skin felt against his, the way she tasted when he kissed her, the way she moaned and the soft noises she made when they were in the middle of making love. He wanted her so bad he could taste it. He had to be with her and fast. Just as soon as he got out.
Since Zach had been home, Beth tried the best she could to resume a normal life. She went to work and came home, made dinner and then would go to sleep. She kept thinking about Daryl, wondering what he was doing and if he had gotten out of jail yet. A few times, Beth wanted to go down to the county jail and bail Daryl out but there was no way to do it without Zach knowing that she took money out of their account. She had tried to convince Zach to drop the charges against Daryl but to no avail. Zach wouldn't budge. Eventually it got to be a sore subject with them and they both kept their distance from each other when Zach got home in the evenings. The second night, after they had finished dinner and Beth was cleaning up, she told him she wanted a divorce. The look in Zach's eyes told her how hurt he was and it killed her that she was the cause. "Face it, we shouldn't have gotten married. I never got over Daryl and that wasn't fair to you. Besides, I know you've always known I was still in love with him." Zach stared at his wife. He didn't want to admit it but he knew she was right but still, there was something about her that he couldn't let go. "Beth, I know you will always care for him but he'll never marry you or have kids. He can't give you the things that I can. How long do you think that he's going to be there until he decides he can't handle it and pushes you away again?" "I don't believe he will," Beth said. "What about me, Beth?" "I know I can make you happy, Beth, if you just gave me a chance. I love you. I can't just let you go like that." Zach said. Beth sighed. She knew that if nothing else Zach did love her and would be able to provide for her. If truth be told, she wasn't sure if Daryl would shut her out again like he did before. She wanted to believe that he wouldn't but there wasn't any sure way to tell. The only thing she knew for sure was she loved Daryl and wanted to be with him and only him. She knew deep down that Daryl did love her and she was willing to risk whatever she had to just to be with the man she truly loved. "Zach, I know you're a great guy and I know you love me but I can't love you like you love me. I don't think I ever will." Beth's words cut Zach's heart into pieces. "I'm not going to give up," he said. "I want my wife back." Beth went to say something but Zach got up and walked out of the front door. She could hear his Charger start up and then pull out of the driveway. Just then Beth's phone buzzed with a text message. Her face lit up for a second. Hoping it was Daryl saying that he was out and wanting to see her, she grabbed her phone and glanced at the screen. "Going out to get a drink. I'll be home later. I love you, baby." Zach's message stared at her as she held the device in her hand. What was it going to take for him to get the hint she thought. She didn't want to leave the house but it might come to that. She turned back to the dishes that she was working on and began to plan her next move.
Beth could feel herself getting closer and closer to her orgasm. Her breathing began to come in short breaths and she could feel the rush of warm liquid between her legs. "Mmmmmmmm", she moaned. Beth felt hot, open mouthed kisses on the delicate skin on her neck. Her legs opened wider as she approached her orgasm. She could feel hard circles traced on her clit carrying her over the edge and into the abyss. Beth was enjoying the feel of Daryl's hard cock pumping into her and his hot breath by her ear. Her hands roamed over his form, up his muscled arms, over and down his chest, down to his tight ass. She could feel him tense as he approached his orgasm. "Oh, Daryl, you feel so good", she moaned. Suddenly he stopped thrusting and his voice changed. "I'm not Daryl, I'm Zach!" the voice said in surprise. Beth's eyes flew open and her gaze met with Zach's hazel eyes, not Daryl's. "Zach!", Beth said in shock, "what...what are you doing?" Beth quickly got up and out of bed, wrapping her bathrobe around her naked form. Zach was startled. He didn't expect Beth to call out Daryl's name and especially not in the middle of making love. He also hadn't been intimate with his wife in a while and wanted desperately to finish what was started. "I got in bed and you started rubbing up against me, then we started to kiss and I got on top of you. You were enjoying it until you called me by his name," Zach said the emphasis was on "his". "I'm sorry, I....I....didn't know it was you". "Gee, thanks Beth, that makes a guy especially your husband, feel good", he said sarcastically. Zach crossed the room and started to dress. "I can't believe you called me by his name," Zach mumbled. "I'm sorry, I...I...didn't know...," Beth said holding back a sob. "I'll sleep on the couch," he growled at her and left the room. Beth was bewildered. She remembered going to bed late and Zach was still out. Next thing she knew was Zach on top of her and his wounded look. "What a mess I've made of things", she said to herself. She couldn't go back to sleep so she just sat on the bed thinking. Her mind full of thoughts of a man with a winged leather jacket and the bluest eyes she ever saw.
