Where It All Started.

"No way," Luna muttered as she start opening the book which the cover says, "Way to the Portal." For Luna, it isn't hard to understand but somehow, it will be "something ridiculous." She hasn't tried anything yet but she felt like puking over a trash bin now because reading the book felt dizzy. Yes, she is mentally confused right now.

She's doubting Collins' wisdom and knowledge.

Who wouldn't, if the first step to lucid dreaming is,

No. 1. Lay down straightly on your bed.
No. 2. Close your eyes to sleep.

And with a note below,

"Put your hands, right above your stomach and don't move after five minutes. After that, you may feel your consciousness fading out to slumber, but do not freak out just yet. This is not the lucid dream." As Luna reads these words, she start feeling weird.

Like, this is so exciting. Somewhat, it makes her feel the urge to try. She flip the page to another and,

"According to my research, most of the dreams happen where three doors exists. You just have to find it," she continue.

"I have asked students and nine out of ten told me that, there is this particular door where they never tried to open. Not because it is a boring door, but because it is on a bizarre direction. Some told me, they saw it somewhere in the branch of a tree or, in a closet, but mostly, it is above the skies." What the freak? Luna exclaimed to herself.

How would a person reach a door above the skies?

"Do not freak out just yet, again, Luna. I know what you are thinking, so, do not worry about it.

Often times, people would think first before sleeping. Overthinking things actually helps us to lucid dream. Our mind creates scenarios that shows even in our dreams. If you want to experience it, you just have to think about something in particular over and over until you fall asleep. As you do this, you will find yourself in a place where your consciousness takes place.

You cannot see yourself, as if you're in a personal point of view, but others can see you and can even interact with you. This phenomenon is what I call, 'point of you lucid dream'. Bear with my cringes, but that's how I named it.

As you do this, you can be able to do whatever you want in your dreams. You can shift from this place to another, and this is what we call teleportation-wait, what!? How do that became possible if it's only a dream?"

Luna sighed heavily. She closed the pocketbook without finishing it. She stood up and stared at the couch in the middle of the three house. She thought, she could just sleep for a little while, and wait for the day to end to be able to go home.

But unconsciously, she tried what were written inside the pocketbook without thinking what will happen next. The only thing she could remember it about this strange door where mostly seen in the branch of a tree, in the closet and above the skies.

As soon as Luna fall asleep that instant, she woke up in her dreams and the first thing that caught her attention was the thing she was wearing-it was a night gown that she wanted to wear so bad. She woke up in a luxurious queen-sized bed, the linings were gold and the bed sheets were pure white. The only thing inside the room was the bed.

After regaining some strength, and with unsurety of what's next, she stood up and went out of her bed. The ambiance of the room felt so familiar. She walk her way to a door and as she opened it, she was surprised to how much formal dress, pants and shirts were there and at the middle of these expensive-ish items is an unfortunate door which color is white.

"Who wouldn't enter in such good thing?" she mumbled. She didn't bothered herself to change anymore and impatiently opened the door but before she could enter, the pocketbook fell to the floor which caught her attention.

She picked it up and a note fell from it, as she opened it, she felt anxiously troubled.

"Do not enter, there's no turning back for you.

-Collins."

Amidst the condition whether to enter or not, Luna take a deep breath to ease the unneccesary feelings and took a step inside the unending path towards something she do not know of.

Luna closed her eyes as she felt how hard it is to breathe in inside the door. This may be her death if this continue. It's like, she drank a galloon of liqour or ride on a rollercoaster and what's worst is that she's on a zipline which height was above the clouds.

She really do not know until she felt herself fell to the ground. She slowly opened her eyes and surprisingly caught off guard when a giant egg popped up before her eyes.

"Wait, did these really just popped up in here!? Wait... Is this a nest? What is this? Where am I? Wait, Is this REAL!?"

Luna felt so scared after realizing where she is.

Well, she is on the top of a giant old black tree and on top of that, she fell to a nest and now she is with the eggs. How could her life be this cruel? Is this the end of her nonsense life? Is there anything special inside the door where she took a step into? Is this what Collins said, a portal of magic?

"Sssssssh..." Luna heard a hissed from her back. She could feel its heavy breathing behind her that cause her so much anxious, this time. How much will she feel anxious? Can this be the last time? She thought.

"I suppose, you came from the blue planet sssss." The woman from her back, said.

"A woman?" she unconsciously uttered.

"Yes sssss, with three kids." Her heart calmed down as she heard the love and care from the hissing voice of a mother. She slowly look behind and to her surprise, she saw a gigantic basilisk which color is dark and the eyes were gold and white.

"Who are you? Ssss." The basilisk, asked mentally.

"Wait... What!? Mentally?"

Luna doesn't really know how to take these all up. She thinks, she just want to sleep forever because of what's happening. She's still in the stage of realizing and understanding everything because throughout all these, she don't exactly know what to react and how to accept.

Before she could even hear the basilisk talk again, Luna felt sleepy. Her eyes began to close as she fell to the soft ground of the nest of the basilisk.

The basilisk smiled inside when she saw how this girl she doesn't know fell asleep comfortably in her home.
